This is a cute bookshelf, it has kind of a cross between traditional and boho vibe. The backing was a little difficult to assemble and line up correctly, but it worked out eventually. It is really a nice tall sturdy cabinet that worked well as an extra space in the kitchen. The ONLY problem is that the holes for the bottom shelf that attaches to the cabinet had the had wrong size bolts/screws so we had to turn it upside down to make it work. These shelves are beautiful! It is solid and very well-made. Each piece was wrapped very well and without styrofoam! Which for me makes me happy because I hate pieces of styrofoam around my house. I got two… saw the same item on furniture stores for much more. Not sure if it’s the exact one or a knock off. But it comes fully assembled which is good. The back is just particle board. One had a nail pop out in the particle board and crack it. The other came with a big split in the wood up top.
