Overall I really like this couch. It’s super cute, spacious, and looks great in my living room. The fabric is soft and I love having the ottoman. My main complaint is that the cushions are thinner than I expected, so it’s not as plush as it looks in the pictures. Assembly was also a little frustrating because some of the pieces were really difficult to fit together, and a couple of them still don’t fit together completely. I purchased this couch and it arrived with missing pieces. I’ve been contacting them and they said they would send the missing pieces. I reiterated multiple times the pieces that I was missing and they reassured me also multiple times that they would send the right pieces.Waited a long time for the pieces to come instead we received a box that was identical to the previous box with still the same missing pieces I was expecting them to either re-ship the parts but all they did was say they could refund me and I had to ship it back. I could no longer put all these cushions back in a box because they had expanded.My Roommate and then re-ordered the same couch and they shipped the same two boxes with the same missing parts but this time with different instructions to a different couch and I now have to dispose of all of these pieces because I cannot build this couch without the missing parts.
