This review goes out to the skeptical yet thorough person who cringes at making large purchase site unseen. That was definitely me, with my tape measure and goggling what chenille fabric. DELIVERY- comes in one big box that was probably 5"8ft tall and 3ft wide. Was able to fit on my small apartment elevator with myself and the 2 movers. UNBOXING - couch comes pretty much assembled with a separate box containing the legs. SETUP - I had the pleasure of not putting the couch together. Wayfair had a special for free assembly at the time of my purchase so the movers put the couch together. It took no time because they simply screwed the legs on. VISUAL IMPRESSION - beautiful, true to color...definelty blue lol. was really worried about the length of the couch as I was deciding whether to buy or not but it works for me in an open concept studio apartment for one (650sqft). Could sit with 1 friend spaciously or 2 others hip to hip. COMFORT - Couch is firm, not unbearablly firm more like doctor office chair firm or car seat firm. I was looking to avoid velvet type or the teddy bear/boneless couch fabric for my next couch...more of a linen was the goal. This is a good medium for me in terms of fabric...like a low cut fluffy linen. When sitting and laying, if youre looking for a squishy memory foam cloud couch like experience this is not it. I'd say this is a couch for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time sitting on a couch (if that makes sense). FUNCTIONALITY - the seats cushions aren't removable...the middle is boundtogether so no worries about the cushions moving around, only thing is the back cushions those can be moved around and the covers removed...I believe if you want to clean it you'll have to invest in a cute fabric cleaner machine. Very much true to size. Armrests are firm with some cushion...if you push hard enough you'll feel stillness but comfy non the less. NEGATIVES(kinda) - I find the foldable back to be weird. It doesnt flop or anything it just makes the piece feel less serious. I suppose it was a space saving hack for packaging...could probably finesse a sleeping sofa situation out of it. Just weird. Read a lot of reviews and watched a the wayfair specialist video multiple times before taking the plunge. Happy with this purchase overall.. Joshalyn. Augusta, GA. Sun Oct 11 2026

Crafted for enduring stability, this sofa features a clean, blocky silhouette with no excess ornamentation, offering a sleek minimalist aesthetic that seamlessly complements modern, Nordic, or Wabi-Sabi interiors. Practicality is woven into its form, with elevated clearance for robot vacuums to enable hassle-free cleaning below. Available in a curated palette of colors, it adapts effortlessly to your décor and expresses your personal style.

The style of this loveseat is what won me over. It has a chic mid-century modern look with clean square arms, and the velvet gives it a polished, stylish feel thats perfect for a small room. Assembly was doable, though the order of the directions could use some adjusting to make them clearer. I had to stop and figure out a few steps, but ultimately I was able to build the couch. The biggest issue was the seat cushion. The cushion was way too big for the cover that was provided, and the zipper ripped when I tried to get it on. I opened a case with the manufacturer, and while the process was a bit clunky, they did follow through and sent me a new cushion cover. I appreciate that they made it right, but it shouldnt have been a problem in the first place. As for the velvet, time will tell whether it holds up to regular wear and tear. It looks and feels nice so far, and Ill update this review down the road.. Courtney. Bethel Park, PA. Mon Sep 28 2026

Good Couch for a Teenagers Room We bought this couch for our teenagers room, and so far its been a good purchase. One of the main reasons we chose it was because its the same width as his full-size bed, which was exactly what we were looking for. He actually put it together himself in about five minutes. Theres a support bracket that clicks together and helps keep the couch from shifting around. It also folds out into a bed, which is nice for sleepovers. The cover is removable and washable, although getting it off and back on isnt the easiest, so well probably just keep a blanket over it. We chose black, which is on us, but it definitely collects lint and hair. I imagine that would be less noticeable with another color, although the ribbed fabric does tend to hold onto it. It arrived vacuum-sealed in a surprisingly small box but expanded to its full shape within a few hours. There wasnt any weird smell either. Overall, were happy with it, and it works well for what we needed.. Terri. Pine Knoll Shores, NC. Thu Oct 15 2026

This is a very nice sofa. The material is well made and seems to be durable and easy to clean. Assembly was straightforward and simple. I must admit I got a bit spooked when I was taking it out of the box, it seemed super flimsy and cheap (not shocking considering the price). That said, the beige fabric itself genuinely looks quite nice, and once it was all put together, it felt pretty sturdy. I don't know if I can officially recommend this technique as I didn't check fabric care instructions, but I steamed the entire thing to get out the creases and it made a WORLD of a difference. The seat cushions puffed up a ton, too. I just wanted a cozy small couch to fit against a window in our living room by our big couch, and this (so far) seems well-suited for that. I'd be a little nervous about my (very tall) husband flopping down on it, but for me (115ish lbs) it feels like it'll do the job reliably enough. Natalie. Sat Aug 29 2026

This recessed arm sofa pairs a clean-lined silhouette with a deep seat to bring a modern look to your living room. It's upholstered in a polyester blend fabric with a basketweave texture, providing a smooth and consistent feel across the frame. The reversible cushions help maintain an even appearance over time, while the solid and engineered wood frame provides a structured foundation. This piece works well in a variety of seating arrangements without overwhelming your floor plan. We also love how the spacious design provides a comfortable spot for relaxing during movie night.

I’ve had these sofas for a year and I’m just now able to do a review so I can better tell you what I think about them. I love them! Granted they are high maintenance, but if you don’t mind that then they’re worth the purchase. By that I mean, you have to fluff the cushions after you’re done sitting because if not the sofa looks sloppy. A typical cloud structured piece. As far as the fabric I got the color Bevin Natural, but it looks like it isn’t available anymore so I’m glad I got it when I did. However, this color has a rough textured fabric and I wish I had opted for a softer one. That would be my only complaint. But the sofa is still comfortable. It’s also huge and the seating is deep. Perfect for lounging. I saw a few reviews about their sofas peeling, but I haven’t ran into that issue after a year. If you do just use a fabric shaver. It’s a common problem. Not just with these. Mine still look almost brand new and I’m very happy with them so far. 9 out of 10, definitely recommend. That one point was because of the maintenance. *When they were delivered one sofa was missing the legs, but Wayfair got them to me immediately with no problem. Customer service was great.. Nikki. Im going to be honest, when it first arrived I was super disappointed. It looked like it was going to be small and none of the measurements were adding up. HOWEVER, after I got the entire couch out, and started letting the cushions plump with air, I was pleasantly surprised. Its very comfortable, not too difficult to put together, and COMPLETELY customizable, which is where I was super thrilled. Every piece can be moved to any part of the couch youd like. The fabric does feel a little thin, and Im afraid it will tear eventually, but overall Im happy with my new couch.. Kelsy. Layton, UT. Sat Aug 08 2026

UPDATE the center leg kept bending sideways and the couch would fall down! Today the leg completely broke off. It’s just me in the home with the dog and we are gentle. Very disappointed!! Need new couch. Delivery day I wanted to love this couch, and there are things I really do like about it—but unfortunately, the negatives were hard to overlook. First off, the screws around the frame were difficult to get in because the foam was too thick and the screws wouldn’t catch the threads properly. It took much longer than it should have, and I had to redo sections multiple times. To make matters worse, the included Allen key stripped after just a couple of screws and didn’t fit the bolts properly. If you’re putting it together, definitely use your own tools. One of the most frustrating parts was the seat slats. You can’t get them in unless you loosen up the frame again after you’ve already secured it—which feels like going backwards and risks everything slipping out of place. Now that it’s assembled, I’ve been trying to enjoy it. The beige color is absolutely gorgeous—a warm, slightly speckled tone that fits beautifully with my decor. That’s definitely a highlight. Another major plus the entire couch is washable, which is rare and incredibly practical. That feature is probably the biggest trade-off for the comfort issues. Speaking of comfort—the seat cushions are very firm and slope down toward the center, so if you’re not sitting dead center, it can feel awkward. I’m hoping they loosen up over time, but for now, they’re not great for lounging. The back cushions are soft but under-filled, and the back itself is quite low—not nearly as supportive as it looks in the pictures. I’m planning to add throw pillows (maybe even a fluffy seat topper) to make it more livable. Overall, it’s a beautiful-looking couch with some thoughtful features like the washable covers, but the comfort and assembly left a lot to be desired. If you value aesthetics and easy cleaning more than comfort….. Noelle. Lakewood, OH. Sun Apr 26 2026

I am so obsessed with this sofa, I will say that it is not a style that will work for everybody. But I found it to be a very Century modern looking sofa, which is exactly what I was looking for. Having the removable and washable cover was a must for me since I have little kids. The assembly was simple enough, did not take too long, and the best part is that this sofa is extremely, and I mean extremely comfortable!. Valerie. Albuquerque, NM. Sun Sep 20 2026
