Not only did they give me a discount via a refund (disclosed amount) they arranged for the broken table to be picked up while simultaneously shipping out a replacement with no issues at all. That’s not only great customer service, but it showcases Wayfair’s commitment to ensuring that every customer is truly and thoroughly satisfied with their purchase. Thank you Wayfair!!!!. D.
