Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. Little furniture pads or a thick rug should fix that.. Abigail. Tulsa, OK. Wed Aug 26 2026

My husband and I LOVE this couch. I was hesitant because there wasn’t many reviews but I’m glad we just got it anyway. I refuse to fall into the “boneless” couch trend and I HATE the corduroy material also, so this couch was perfect. My husband is 6’3 300lbs and fits on it perfectly. He was particularly about seat depth and he loves this couch. Definitely 1010 recommended. Very comfortable and so much storage. We had to use one of the chairs as a sectional due to limited space but I stilll love it. We also SLEPT on it and it was extremely comfortable, we didn’t want to go back to our bed!! We searched the app up and down before winging it with this couch. Couldn’t be happier!!. Anonymous. Sun Oct 11 2026

I ordered this item on Cyber Monday and the delivery arrived quicker than expected. I’m in love with my purchase. The comfort level is 10/10. I get far better rest on this couch than I do my own bed. I love the fact it has a storage container, the cup holders and charging ports are an absolute game changer as they are my favorite thing about this couch. I love the fact that the ottoman’s are able to be arranged any position you like. I did purchase two additional cushions because the few it came with wasn’t enough for me. I also purchased some cushion fill to fluff up the pillows that came with the couch. I would absolutely recommend this beautiful purchase to anyone looking for a new couch. Another thing I would like to add, I do recommend getting a reusable lint roller if you’re purchasing the black one as it does pick up lint…. The reusable lint roller will help keep it looking as good as new.. Deanna. Brooklyn, NY. Thu Jan 29 2026

Wayfair shipping was fantastic. They arrived within the window and did a great job bringing it into the home. As for the couch itself it is relatively easy to assemble (it’s 4 screw per leg) and the pins hold it securely in space. The material is very soft and the cushions themselves are relatively stiff at first. After you break them in it is very comfortable. Very pleased with Wayfair again.. Anthony. Broadview Heights, OH. Redefine your living space with this spacious and ultra-comfortable Cloud Sectional Loveseat Sofa with Ottoman. Featuring 96.5” in width, this 3-seater couch offers generous seating space while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic. Wrapped in luxuriously soft chenille fabric and filled with high-density sponge, it provides a truly cloud-like seating experience, perfect for relaxation, lounging, or entertaining guests. Designed for both style and functionality, the versatile ottoman adds flexibility—use it as a footrest, extra seat, coffee table, or extended chaise lounge. Whether in an apartment, small space, or cozy living room, this sectional sofa enhances comfort and elegance in any modern home. Have you ever sat on a sofa that felt cozy at first but was actually too low to get up from easily? Or found the backrest too short to provide real support? Maybe the cushions were too thin, sagged over time, or kept sliding out of place? If any of that sounds familiar, don’t worry—we’ve designed our cloud sofa with thoughtful, practical solutions to all these common issues. 1）Low, uncomfortable seat height ?—— Our sofa has a seat height of 20.0", which is a standard, widely accepted height for regular sofas. Many similar sofas use a three-layer structure that tends to collapse excessively over time. To avoid this, we use a seat board frame combined with a 3D tufted design that ensures excellent support while keeping the seat soft and comfortable. This makes the sofa practical and suitable for every family member. 2）Short backrests or thin cushions ?—— The sectional sofa’s backrest measures 22.9" high, providing just the right support for your lumbar and back, delivering a comfortable, relaxing seating experience. The sofa is generously filled, and its 3D tufted surface creates a visually full, plush look. Even after long-term use, the filling stays in place and retains its resilience without sagging. 3）Cushion slipping and frequent manual adjustment ? —— Our cushions feature an embedded installation method instead of the traditional hook & loop fastener fastening. This design significantly improves cushion stability, giving you a better and more comfortable seating experience without the hassle of constant readjustment.

I received this sofa yesterday and I’m still waiting to see if the seat cushions inflate more. I don’t think vacuum sealing the seat cushions is a good idea at all! You have to wait 72 hours to a week for the cushions to inflate. So far they still have a long way to go after 28 hours. So hopefully after 72 hours to a week the sofa can be sat on. Also, the bracket that connects the left arm to the back of the sofa isn’t mounted completely to the correct angle. There is a slight misalignment. I covered it with a throw blanket so that it isn’t noticeable.. Ruth. Wilmington, NC. Tue Sep 29 2026

Enhance your living space with our Cloud Loveseat Sofa with Ottoman, designed for comfort and modern aesthetics. Upholstered in soft chenille fabric and filled with high-density sponge, this cloud sofa loveseat provides an inviting, cloud-like seating experience. The spacious design and versatile ottoman make it an excellent choice for apartments, small spaces, and living rooms. Have you ever sat on a sofa that felt cozy at first but was actually too low to get up from easily? Or found the backrest too short to provide real support? Maybe the cushions were too thin, sagged over time, or kept sliding out of place? If any of that sounds familiar, don’t worry—we’ve designed our cloud loveseat with thoughtful, practical solutions to all these common issues. 2）Short backrests or thin cushions ?—— The sectional sofa’s backrest measures 21.7" high, providing just the right support for your lumbar and back, delivering a comfortable, relaxing seating experience.

Super comfy seats, the back rests are less comfy then expected but still comfy. If you’re a heavy guy don’t jump back on it cuz you’ll feel the metal bar reinforcing the back support.. Anonymous. Tue Aug 26 2025
