Wayfair shipping was fantastic. They arrived within the window and did a great job bringing it into the home. As for the couch itself it is relatively easy to assemble (it’s 4 screw per leg) and the pins hold it securely in space. Love the depth of the couch and ability to lounge comfortably. Feet were a pain to assemble as you need a long screwdriver so couldn’t use my ratcheting screw driver or drill. Wished feet were wood and not plastic, but once assembled you don’t notice. Couch had some defects on arrival, but none that prevented use. Manufacturer was responsive and helped resolve. Sits slightly lower to ground than I was expecting. I like the dual retention features to hold the sections together.. Valerie. WA. Thu Sep 24 2026
