Very comfortable chair! Perfect for the small space in my bedroom!. Lauren. Grapevine, TX. Sat Oct 03 2026

This upholstered push‑back recliner brings cozy comfort to small‑space living rooms, bedrooms and study nooks. Built with solid engineered wood frame and high‑density foam cushioning, this chair is wrapped in soft polyester blend fabric. The manual push‑back mechanism activates by your body weight to pop out the footrest, supporting 3 recline positions: 110°,135°,170°, perfect for reading, watching TV or unwinding after long work days. Simple tool‑free quick assembly lets you set up this leisure armchair effortlessly.

I think the chair is nice, but there were a few things unexpected about it. Firstly, the fabric shows a light grey in the picture, but you can see in my last picture below it is a blue-grey color. In the light it really shows a blue hue. It still comes across as a neutral, but it is good to know. Secondly, it is not really a tufted back, but more like four buttons lightly sewn in. There is no pleating between the buttons. That looked a little strange to me, but no one else noticed or said anything. Lastly, the size of the chair is medium to small. This is not oversized furniture by any means. It fits an average sized female just right. A big man would find it tight. I know my husband looked at me and thought it was small. It does indicate it holds up to 300lbs, so just be aware of a more petite size. Assembling it was a snap. My second picture below shows the hardware on the back part and the wing. They just slide into each other, and done (both sides). The back also fits into the seat the same way. The wooden legs screw into the bottom nicely and the chair is finished. There were directions if you could not figure it out, but no tools were needed. Very simple. Even though I had concerns about the chair, when I fully assembled it I thought it was nice looking. I wasn’t looking for a blueish cast, but once upstairs, it was fine with my carpet and a throw pillow. I should mention, it is quite comfortable, and very firm when sitting on it. That part I really liked. It is a solid well made chair. Thanks Wayfair!. Julie. Brentwood, TN. Sat Aug 01 2026

I was super excited to get this recliner but quite disappointed when it arrived. First, when I ordered it I could sworn it said detachable cushion ms, but only the seat cushion is detachable, the back cushion is attached. Second, one of the legs was very loose and even after tightening it it still sits crooked and I’m worried it will just give out. And lastly, when I was skirting the chair over a couple inches the whole frame felt very loose and jiggly. I think for the price it should not have had any of these issues. While it is beautiful and the sewing seems to be done very well, I’m not convinced that the foundation is solid and definitely not the legs. Wayfair did send a replacement but shockingly one of the front legs was bent beyond repair on the replacement chair too! As well as the fabric near the leg is torn. I would suggest to the manufacturer that they ship with the legs OFF like many other products do. VERY disappointed that TWO chairs have arrived damaged beyond repair.. Marcia. Milwaukie, OR. This begins with milling and drying hardwood at lumberyard facility to ensure that the frame is built to last without warping, twisting, or cracking. From there, the lumber travels to one of the frame shops where the wood is cut, shaped, and assembled into the highest quality frame. The foam and fiber parts, built with eco-friendly practices and recycled materials are cut to size at one of two nearby foam processing plants. This component is then joined in one manufacturing center where they are assembled into your piece of furniture. Fabric, sourced from around the world, selected for its quality, style, and value and stored in climate controlled fabric warehouse, is then cut, sewn and applied to create your finished piece of upholstered furniture.

This reclining armchair pairs traditional style with a compact profile for a relaxed feel in your space. Crafted with a solid and engineered wood frame, it’s upholstered in smooth fabric for a refined look and inviting texture. Fiber and foam filling provide supportive comfort throughout the seat and back, while the manual push-back reclining design allows for easy adjustment between three positions without visible levers or buttons. It also features turned wood detailing on the feet to elevate its tailored silhouette.

We bought two of these recliners for our living room about a year ago. They are very well-made. The fabric is soft to the touch yet thick and durable. No pilling or signs of wear even with daily use. The green ikat pattern is fun and adds subtle energy to the room while easily coordinating with other decor. I would call the color “avocado”. It is not overly bright, but not as pale as a sage green. The cushion is soft, but supportive. I don’t find it too stiff, as some have said. My only complaint with this chair is it’s proportions. It has an unusually short seat that is not deep enough to comfortably curl up your legs, which is how I often sit, and it is too tall for my feet to touch the ground when sitting. (I’m 5‘2“.) So I almost always use the first recline position, and with that extended it is very comfortable. We really never extend it all of the way. It is a bit stiff to open, but it is doable, and I don’t mind it. I like that it has feet and you really can’t tell that it’s a recliner unless it’s opened. It is heavy and well-made. It comes with the back unattached to the base, and you’ll want two people to put it together, so that one person can guide the hardware pieces together, which lock into place. One other thing to mention is that you will need some clearance from the wall in order for it to recline without hitting. In this design, the back of the chair leans back further once extended. So you can’t snug the chair up to the wall as close as you might ordinarily, if you intend to be able to recline it. Or you’ll need to pull it out each time you do. We have a small living room so this was an important consideration. Overall, it’s a nice chair and we’re happy with the purchase. It is challenging to order chairs and sofas online, since you can’t sit in them to test the fit!. Mary Jo. Bangor, Maine. Tue Sep 08 2026
