Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. They took a few weeks to arrive but came earlier than expected. Delivery was easy- the guys were fantastic. I haven’t tried the sleepers- they’ll serve their need eventually. It’s a lovely loveseat and I’m very happy with the quality and fabric. However, 99% of the reason I ordered this loveseat was because the description said the seat height was 20.5”. I got rid of my last loveseat because it was only 16” off the ground and getting harder and harder to get up from! Nowhere on your site did I see “measurements are approximate” or anything of that nature (did I miss it?). The seat height is actually 18” and I can’t tell you how many other 18” loveseats I passed by – and a lot of them were a lot cheaper – but went with the more expensive one because I wanted that extra seat height! So I’m pretty disappointed by this - not disappointed enough to pay to return it (if that was even an option, which I doubt) but I feel a bit hoodwinked by Wayfair. Just sayin’.. Janet. Boston, MA. I got the sofa bed in beige faux leather with cherry legs. I have not tried sleeping on it, and it is quite solid to sit on, but it is nonetheless exactly what I needed. I wanted to convert my son's old room into a den/guestroom that could accommodate him on his infrequent visits home (a regular sofa might have made him feel unwelcome and displaced) or that could accommodate the occasional overnight guest without encouraging them to linger too long. This sofa is the perfect size to create a reading corner amidst a wall of books, while still providing reasonable sleeping accommodations for 1-2 guests. I am very pleased. I looked far and wide before finding anything in a pale beige faux leather (I am vegan and dislike large dark sofas). Absolutely beautiful well crafted couch. It took longer than expected for delivery but it was worth the wait. Couch is well made and wrapped in satin type fabric. Both the couch seat and small arm cushions are a downy feather blend. Couch back cushions are well stuffed with a poly foam blend. Seat cushions are a bit firm to reduce sagging. Just received the sofa but there were no drilled holes to install the legs. Customer Service offered a few options for the inconvenience so it worked out for us. Other than that, the color is exactly as in photo.
