I would have given this 5 stars because assembly instructions and supplied hardware were accurate and easy to follow. Nice details. Everything lined up and fit perfectly until the last piece-of course, which is the top. There is an unsightly gap that could not be closed. Further, the warning label is a large square pasted right on top. I worked around these with a runner to top. It will serve its purpose but just short of being great.. Peggy. Erwin, TN. Came beautifully packaged! No dings. The color is slightly more orangey than I wanted but I’m okay with that. I love that there is no assembly, and the wood is fairly good quality for the price. Just two negatives - I wish I could remove the nubs (that join the units together) on the top unit, and the company sticker on the unit was a bear to get off - I don’t know why companies put them on the unit like that! A least make them easier to remove. Took me 25 minutes with goo be gone to scrape it off. I left the bottom one on that can’t be seen bc I don’t feel like scraping another one off!. Lisa. US. The bookcases are heavy and made of sturdy material and add a touch of elegance to my living room. The cherry oak matches my other furniture perfectly. Highly recommend!. Tiffany. Seattle. This shelf arrived packaged well with no damage. The instructions were fairly clear and the shelf is quite light making the building experience simple. The only hang up I had was with the back cover, as there are very many small screws and on my product the pre-drilled holes did not perfectly align with the cover's screw holes. It came with a mount to secure it to the wall with is great since the shelf is super light and easy to tip without it. The mount was easy to put in as well! Overall 4 stars.. Katherine. Overall, the wall units look nice in our living room (we bought two). Each took my wife and I about two hours to assemble. Instructions were thorough, but you really need to be careful and double check every step. After we completed the assembly, we noticed that the part eight and nine (middle) shelves were installed upside down on one of the units. Also, the round stickers provided to cover the locking screws are very flimsy. They are just sticky paper that has very little surface area with which to adhere. We ended up using Elmer’s glue to keep them down. Other than the shelf inside the cabinet, none of the other shelves are adjustable. Also, I certainly would not place anything too heavy on the shelves (like lots of hardcover books) as they do not appear Capable of providing sufficient support without bending.. Tom. Bluffton, SC.
