I got the sofa bed in beige faux leather with cherry legs. I have not tried sleeping on it, and it is quite solid to sit on, but it is nonetheless exactly what I needed. I wanted to convert my son's old room into a den/guestroom that could accommodate him on his infrequent visits home (a regular sofa might have made him feel unwelcome and displaced) or that could accommodate the occasional overnight guest without encouraging them to linger too long. This sofa is the perfect size to create a reading corner amidst a wall of books, while still providing reasonable sleeping accommodations for 1-2 guests. I am very pleased. I looked far and wide before finding anything in a pale beige faux leather (I am vegan and dislike large dark sofas). I am super happy with this find! It’s a great sectional for small spaces and the pullout feature is great for movie nights or when you have guests. It has storage space, which is great for putting books in the pockets and bedding for company or when just relaxing. My toddler loves it and will stretch out on the chase with his tablet and a blanket. I gave 4 stars because the cushions are a bit firm but should soften overtime and I wish the back rise pillows were more plush they seem to be going flat after use. As a bed, the steel frame provides long-lasting durability while the independent left and right European Birch Wood slat mattress base provides comfortable and sag-free support for the high-density 60" x 78" Queen sized foam mattress which also takes regular Queen sized bedding. The mattress cover is both removable and washable for cleanliness. To convert from Sofa to Bed, simply pull on the concealable strap on the back and pull the bed mechanism out — no need to store the cushions. The integrated storage compartment is located in the backrest and is exposed during this conversion process allowing for storage of pillows and bedding.
