This came in 3 boxes delivered by FedEx. Off course we were out when they delivered but they sat it where I could see it from the doorbell camera so I was glad about that. We got the boxes inside and slid them down the stairs. It was super easy to put together with pretty goodeasy to understand directions. We took extra wire ties and wrapped up the wires so they weren’t hanging all over in the back. I like how it has a flap that velcros down across the back to cover all the bottom stuff. We used a power surge protector so we’d be covered for our extended warranty. It’s comfortable and tall enough for me which I am thankful for. I love it!. Kim. Mon Jan 22 2024

I love this couch. The leather is wonderful and it’s so easy to open and close the bed. The pillows fitting inside the cubbies is a great bonus too. The couch is the same width and depth as our last couch but it is visually smaller which is nice in our small room. When opened, it has a smaller footprint than our last couch too because our last one pulled out in line with thick back cushions and this one does not need to pull out so far. The mattress is much closer to the wall. Great find.. Marianne. Oceanside, CA. Tue Oct 22 2024

Love this sofa! It's a quality product that I would buy again. The only thing I was disappointed in was the color was more of a pink/coral than sienna (as pictured). However, it works in spite of the color difference.. Michelle. Harahan, LA. Sat Jun 28 2025

The is well made but is not very comfortable to sit on as a couch. For me, it is too low and shallow. We have not used the bed, but it is easy to set up.. David. Sat Feb 10 2024

Bought open box for a awesome price! Everything looks and feels great! There’s a slight chemical smell wafting- hoping it settles in few days. Shipping and delivery earlier than expected but worked out wonderfully anyway on a Sunday.. Barry. San Francisco, CA. Mon Apr 20 2026
