Design: Smooth curves at the top soften the space, naturally blending into home styles (including living rooms, entry halls, bedrooms), both practical furniture and a decorative item. Its open, flat arched top also provides additional storage space - avoiding wasted top space, creating a richer display through 'drawer storage + top decoration'.

Well, I can't give a complete review yet as I have asked to return this and get a new one. This will be the 3rd delivery. The first time, one side panel was totally broken in half and the assembly guy said he wouldn't be able to do it (obviously). The second time, the inside of the back panel came with some kind of grease or heavy dirt stains (not talking about the blackish that is part of the coloring; it had some kind of marks that looked like someone stepped on it and the dirt was different in texture but didn't wipe off). The side panels on the inside also have streaks. AND it's totally unstable! I'd say maybe it's my floor but I had a bookcase in that same spot before and it didn't wobble like this one is. So I reordered it but on top of all that, it is now emitting heavy fumes! I have two air purifiers going, a fan, etc and it is diminishing. I hope it will work out. It's really hard to find a bookcase if you have space limitations and lots of books and want a sturdy, 6 shelf book case. (It says 5 shelves but unlike every other company, they are not counting the bottom shelf). On the plus side, the back of the bookcase is definitely stronger and nicer than most cardboardish/particle board bookcase backs and it is indeed a very handsome book case. The shelves seem strong. the sides look ok but if you knock on them like you would knock on a door, they sound hollow. do I think it's worth the asking price? No! But the options are limited depending on your requirements as I looked for 2 1/2 weeks full time for a 5-6 shelf bookcase that would hold hard cover books and not exceed 30-32 inches wide. We shall see. I heard three times is the charm! lol!. Deborah. Washington, Dc. Sun Nov 30 2025

The popular Sarah home office collection includes two desk options along with file, shelving, and organizer options that work together to create a trim, functional workspace. Pretty straight forward to put together and was able to assemble by myself. It looks nice once all put together. The four stars is for one complaint and one assembly suggestion. The complaint is regarding the stickers used to cover the cam locks. This is the 2nd piece of furniture I have assembled recently that gave you stickers instead of plastic discs to cover the cam lock holes. The stickers look cheesy and cheap and do not blend in as they are thin and I can see the gray of the cam lock underneath. Most of them are in places not visible so not concerned about those. However, inside the glass cabinets I would have preferred plastic caps as some of these are visible when looking in the cabinet. I don't know when the sticker thing started, but the bed chest in the photo that was purchased at the same time as the glass case had the same thing. Not a fan and might see if I can purchase those plastic cam lock covers separately as it makes the cabinet look cheap....but only when you look really hard. My assembly suggestion is small but might save you a crick in your neck if you have standard height ceilings. The final instructions have you tilt the case to standing and THEN attach the wall bracket. This was awkward and uncomfortable and there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to attach the bracket BEFORE you tilt the cabinet upright. You may need to make minor adjustments depending on how thick your floor trim is, but way easier to do that than get the screws lined up and put in place with less than a foot of room to work with between the top of the shelf and the ceiling. If I had a 2nd set of hands probably would have laid it down again for this step, but getting it standing solo was doable but hard, so just made do using the tight space.. Cheran. Lakeview, OR.
