This was the best experience I've ever had with delivery. The couch is beautiful...but the delivering folks were incredible. My delivery guys pulled up in the Wayfair truck, introduced themselves, then quickly got to work. While holding my couch pieces, they kicked their shoes off, each time, at the front entrance, so not to track in debris. I did not ask them to do this but I couldn't be more appreciative. It was incredible. Fast, cordiall personable, friendly, and quite frankly, wonderful. Thank you!. Jacob. Pendleton, KY. Fri Aug 07 2026

This couch seems to be very good quality, well made, and very heavy. The quality is good but the seat is a little high and deep, so my 5' 3" feet barely reach the floor. The reclining features work well but the couch is ultra firm so is not the most comfy couch I've ever had. I'm satisfied with it overall but likely would have chosen something else if I'd had an opportunity to sit in it first. The delivery experience was excellent. I was able to schedule delivery at my convenience. It arrived on schedule, assembled by the delivery team, and all boxes and waste were hauled away. The couch looks exactly as pictured.. Debbie. Adult assembly is required with a suggested number of 7 people, and the packaging may be updated at any time, so please refer to the actual product received; all colors on the website are for reference only, as actual product colors may vary slightly due to different color settings of each screen device, and most sofas are hand-measured, so dimensions are for reference only and may marginally deviate.

The seat module, the backrest and armrest, and the characteristic capitonné design are still manufactured with the innovative system of cables, hooks, and rings, which defines its characteristic look and modularity. The core of the seats, backs, and armrests is made up of injection foam with metal frames; the padding is made of polyurethane in various levels of density and firmness, with different shaped layers interacting to create a comfortable spring-like effect.
