Actually turned out perfect! The box that came was huge, I’m a woman that lives alone so I just opened it right there at my door and brought the pieces up the stairs, was actually pretty easy as took the box straight to the trash. I would recommend a friend helping you put it together as I had to get a chair to hold up the pieces while I hooked the other side. Other than that it only took me maybe an hour total from box at the door to sitting on a complete couch! Very simple to put together. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. I've had this in my office for the past four years. It has held up surprisingly well. People visiting my office for the first time constantly tell me how pretty and comfortable this loveseat is. It has a nice, cozy vibe. It does look a little sloppier with age - the fabric starts to wrinkle and slip a bit - but it just gets more and more cozy. There was, however, a pet-related incident a while back in which I discovered that this sofa is, unfortunately, very difficult to clean. I was very skeptical and a little worried about ordering this couch with absolutely no reviews BUT it is exactly what I imagined. It looks exactly like the picture. It came in three big boxes, now don’t give yourself a headache like I did and please open all the contents of each box. I didn’t find the tool and instructions I needed till I was trying to assemble the last box which would have been way faster if I had initially. The quality of this couch is great, looks very high end and feels sturdy. The color matches exactly as in the picture and it’s also comfortable, more on the firm side but I’m sure after it’s broken it will soften up. Also it’s a big couch, 4-5 people couch fit easily.
