The main problem is when ordering this couch which is pretty big, no where does Wayfair offer white glove delivery, nor does it specify that the item will not be delivered to an apartment in a building. When contacted the customer service gave me number of FedEx customer service and to deal with it with them. FedEx customer service is like a wormhole where one keeps going in circles.. basically this was a huge nightmare. This couch comes assembled. You just open the box and it is ready!!! It is comfortable when used as a seat, but extremely more comfortable when you use it a a bed. My daughter stopped sleeping on her bed since we got this couch. It is thick, tall, firm, and huge!! It looks like a king size when opened all the way. We are taking turns sleeping on it. I have never slept so good on a mattress on the floor. When you are done sleeping, you close it, and it is back to a normal couch. I am contemplating getting a second couch to complete a whole set. My friend who visit us, can’t get enough of this couch!!!. Lucia. Alexandria, VA. Wed Oct 07 2026
