Impressed by this couch considering it comes in a box! The couch was delivered in two boxes. Once you open the box and unwrap it, the couch inflates to look like this. The instructions do say to wait ~72 hours before use in order for the couch to inflate fully. The material is soft and has a textured look to it. The color gray looks different in person than what is displayed (more of a gray than a blue-gray). The couch is comfortable and I love how it sticks out on each end to put your feet up. This images on this listing were so misleading. Firstly, it appears as though it’s an entire sofa, like 3 seats-worth. Secondly, it seems like this is more of a singular piece from these photos. I won’t ever buy from Wayfair again. This couch is made so cheap the zippers are already broken. The threading is coming out of the straps that hold the couch together. The threading at the seams is also coming out. Wayfair didn’t send it with the clips so it sat open unusable in my living room for two and a half weeks. Finally got the clips and within two weeks of being able to use it reported these issues to Wayfair they said it was no longer covered by their warranty. So even though they didn’t send everything I needed to assemble the couch the warranty starts when you recieve it not when you’re actually able to use it won’t ever use Wayfair again. Anonymous. Such a gorgeous couch! There were no reviews, but I took a chance on this couch because it looked the most modern out of the ones I was eyeing. Everything came in one box — easy for 2 people to lift, but also possible for one person to rock back and forth forwards to move it to where you need it before you cut the box open. I’m 5’ 3” and can comfortably lay out on the couch. The foam is insanely sturdy and comfortable. The fabric is soft, but a dog I was watching scratched at the seat to get comfortable before plopping down, and the fabric has pilled up in hairy pieces in those areas. I would highly recommend this couch for the price point. Fits in my NYC studio perfectly overlooking my window.. Anonymous. Mon May 25 2026
