So far so good. Received sooner than expected and was easy to set up. It is a nice massage too, the lower back is stronger but I expected that. One issue is when I lower the chair from the 360 position I hear kind of a snap from underneath. Will need to investigate that closer hopefully will not be a major problem.. Debbie. Idaho. This is a nice massage chair. You can literally select from the screen where you want to be massaged from the tip of your toes all the way to the top of your head, and also choose the intensity of the massage. This chair also reclines back so you can lay in a comfortable position to add pressure to other areas while being massaged. It actually has rollers and also a heat option, which makes it more relaxing. I gave 4 stars because although it has wheels in the back, it is a bit clunky and heavy to move. I like the look of the chair very sleek and modern looking. The product appears to be well built and operate quietly. A couple of suggestions for improvement would be the following: 1) The shoulder width could be reduced by 5-10cm from the lowest setting as currently the roller hit my shoulder blades 2) The intensity of pressure of the Full-body massage is not uniform along the spline, i.e, the waist area is weak while the buttock area is too strong. 3) Under the automatic mode, when the deep massage mode is selected the chair is constantly moving up and down which I find to be very annoying. You can improve on these areas above the massage chair would be so much better.. May. Mississauga, ON. Mon Aug 24 2026
