This ended up being perfect for the space and a good deal for the price. Comes in two heavy boxes, but I had a hand truck to move them from the sidewalk to the kitchen, so I could by manage myself. I also put it together by myself, and it took a hot minute (multiple hours....hard to measure because I took mental breaks), but it wasn't hard. The pieces were all there, it wasn't confusing, just predictably tedious. Worth every second to gain the extra drawers and cabinet space. If i had a complaint, it's the the backside looks like exactly what it is (just the cheap panel), but it's no different than pictured plus it's where the barstools go anyway if you're worried about it. Very easy to put together with only one person. Stores quite a bit. When the leaf is extended, you have a nice, large workspace. Drawers are fairly deep, but are just a little bit too short to store ladles and other slightly longer kitchen utensils. Overall: Perfect storage but insane off gassing. Arrived with no instructions but I made it through Pros: - Side spice rack fits condiments and medications/supplements perfectly - Perfect size for small kitchen appliances, medium/large pots and pans, and coffee/tea items. - Well designed - convenient outlets Cons: - I bought this open box and it arrived with a cracked top piece and no instructions. Wayfair handled the issue, but I didn't want to waste the entire unit so I ended up using reverse image search on multiple foreign language search engines to hunt down pics I could use as reference and finally an assembly guide. - Off gassing. Wow. I'm sensitive to smells/VOCs and I had to open my windows for days while building this. It's been a month, and I can still smell it when I open the cabinets. Nitpicks/Tips: - The outlets only work if you turn the lights on. This is fine, but I might get amber light gels to cover the strips. - It seems like it moves well, as a unit, but I can't comment on that - my the top section doesn't easily because mine is cracked. 4/5, I love having this in my space and don't mind the non-VOC issues!. My advice on putting this together: use a screwdriver with a longer handle to give yourself more power; use wood glue on both ends of every dowel to give the joint more stability (make sure it dries clear); accept that some of the screws are going to strip (usually the tiniest ones) and have match sticks available. I took my time and it wasn’t too difficult. The pictures in the directions definitely suck and you’ll need four hands occasionally, so it helps to have a 2nd person there.
