Black Velvet Sofas

This mid-century modern sofa features a clean-lined silhouette with flared arms and a button-tufted back for a tailored look in your space. It's crafted with a solid and engineered wood frame for a vintage-inspired profile. The upholstery adds a smooth, refined texture across the foam-filled cushions, providing a supportive and enclosed feel during your downtime. A compact design keeps the overall form structured, making it easy to incorporate into various areas without overwhelming your home. Plus, the removable seat cushions make it easy to maintain a tidy appearance.

I got the curry velvet color. It looks quite different than the color in the picture but I was expecting that from other photos. More deep orangey red brown than tan. But I actually think it's so beautiful! Took me and my boyfriend about 45 minutes to set it up, it was fairly easy. The bottom cushion is firm and the back cushions are nice and soft. I got it for my therapist office and I think that is a perfect combination for clients sitting on it regularly. Probably wouldn't be super comfortable for sleeping or cuddling for long periods on the couch though. It looks expensive and lovely in person. Great buy!. Gabriella Marie. Eugene, OR. This upholstered sofa features a classic Chesterfield silhouette that lends a traditional vibe to your living room. It has a solid and engineered wood frame that rests on four-turned legs with a sleek black finish. Wrapped in a muted linen fabric, this couch is also filled with foam to provide just the right amount of support as you stretch out with a few magazines and relax. Scrolling arms, tufting, and nailhead trim round out this distinctive design. Take note: A minimum door width of 35" is needed for home entry.

I’m really happy with this couch and feel like it offers great value for the price. The assembly process was surprisingly simple and straightforward. All of the pieces were well packaged, the instructions were easy to follow, and I was able to put it together without any frustration. It didn’t take long to have it fully assembled and ready to use. One of my favorite features is the cushions. They are nice and firm, which gives the couch a more supportive feel than many sofas that tend to be overly soft and lose their shape quickly. The seat cushions provide comfortable support whether you’re sitting to watch TV, read, or just relax. The tufted design and rolled arms also give it a classic, elegant look that makes the room feel more polished. The fabric feels soft and looks great in person, and the couch has a sturdy, well-built feel overall. It fits nicely in the space without overwhelming the room and adds a cozy yet stylish touch. After using it, I’m very pleased with both the comfort and appearance. If you’re looking for an attractive couch that’s easy to assemble and has supportive, firm cushions, this is a great option.. Overall the couch is nice. Actually a little bigger than I had though, in a good way. The instructions were very easy. I am not big on putting furniture together AT ALL and I was able to do it alone. The only thing I don’t like is the couch is not very steady. The arm rest feel very sensitive. Like don’t lean on them. But I only put them together today so it’s only day 1. So we shall see. I got this couch for my son's room. He liked it! He likes that it turns into a bed for when his cousin comes over for the weekend . It was not hard to put together. One thing I don't like about it is the foam density on the cushions after a few days of being used the foam lost a lot of of the strength. Oh yeah and my cat approved it!. Laura. Murphy, TX. You could forgive me for being somewhat skeptical that a loveseat shipped in pieces would assemble into something substantial, but we feel like we got more than our money’s worth. Came in three separate boxes and assembled in about 15-20 minutes, if that. It’s definitely the product we saw on the site and it’s done an amazing job in changing the look of our dining room. This is the first large item I’ve purchased from Wayfair and I definitely feel more comfortable parting with my cash for items in the future if my word means anything I’d suggest you’re given the go to give them your business.. Relax in comfort with this plush loveseat. This design features T-shaped seat cushions that will stay firmly in place while you lounge. The seat cushions are filled with foam, which makes for an especially comfortable seat. The arms frame the piece and add to the relaxed vibe. A low front rail gives the piece a low-profile silhouette, while finished wood legs round it out in style.

I love the feel of this sofa and the fabric is exactly what I wanted. 4 stars due to a leg that was loose and fell off. The space for the screw on the wood was too large, fixed it by applying blue tape around the screw to make it thicker and it worked! However, made me lose confidence in the quality of this couch..
