This modular sofa is awesome. It was super easy to open up. It came very compact and inflated almost right away. It does take a full day or so to completely fill in. So don't worry if it looks a bit lopsided at first. The box was a bit heavy so I'd suggest a team lift to place it where it will stay. The pieces are all separate so it's easy to change the lay out. Extreme dissatisfaction with a recent order I received. As an Interior Designer and Architect working on high-end residential and commercial projects, I can confidently say the quality of this piece is unacceptable in every way and would never be approved for a residential professional project setting. Specifically, I have noted the following issues: - Fabric Quality: The material is very low quality and does not match the representation on your website. - Cushions: They are significantly underfilled and do not look as portrayed online. Furthermore, the cushions and the base are noticeably different shades. - Craftsmanship: There is poor stitching with loose threads on the side pillows, and the overall construction feels cheap. - Design Flaws: There are visible casters protruding from the front of the piece. This item is a complete misconstruction from the manufacturer, and I believe Wayfair should not be carrying products of this caliber.. Monica. Miami, FL. Wed Mar 18 2026
