Black Solid Wood Drop Leaf Dining Tables

This compact dining table adds charm to any breakfast nook or eat-in kitchen. The frame is made from solid wood, and it's finished in your choice of four colors. Its round tabletop has two drop-down leaves that collapse when it's just two people and expands to seat up to four when you have extra guests over. This table also sits on top of chunky tapered legs that make it work with any decor. Plus, it has a small footprint, so it won't take up too much floor space.

Perfect apt dining table that feels like a small step up from bistro table. Comfortable for two and cozy for 4. You need a Phillips head screwdriver which is not included but assembly really does take under 30 mins. Easy to extend or close leaf with wooden supports underneath.. Erica. New York, NY. Ideal for cozy spaces, this delightful Castellon Drop Leaf Rubber Solid Wood Dining Table offers traditional appeal with an efficient footprint. Made from solid rubberwood, this charming design features a clean-lined tabletop with four tapered square legs. A half-a-circle drop-leaf easily converts a two-person table to comfortably accommodate three, while the opposite straight edge allows you to place the table flush with a wall. To maximize space in the eat-in kitchen, start by rolling out a rustic linen area rug for a pleasant pop of pattern, then place this table by a brightly lit window to enjoy weekend breakfasts in the summer breeze. Top the table with a gingham runner and a hand-painted ceramic vase of freshly cut petunias for a floral centerpiece for any occasion.

Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. Everything was exactly as shown in the picture and it works out perfectly in a small unit. As I am 70 years old, it did take me one hour to put it together. But I did it myself!. Hazel. Sun City, AZ. A traditional take on classic cottage style, this lovely rubberwood dining table brings a touch of simple charm to your ensemble. Set it in the kitchen on a cozy cotton rug to invite casual lunches and big family breakfasts, or let it anchor a small dining room topped with a bouquet of fresh-cut blooms from your back garden. Featuring four turned legs and a simple round top, this rubberwood table lends a timeless twist to your entertainment space, while its drop-leaf details let you effortlessly transition from dining to display. Set the drop leaves down to use this table as a stage for framed photos and glossy ceramic vases in the den, then pop them up for extra space to display cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at your next neighborhood gathering.

Bigger and heavier than expected. Easy to put together and feels really solid. With the drop leaf down, watch out for the sharp edge in the leaf. Happy with my purchase! Lovenit. Cheri. Chandler, TX. Sat May 16 2026

Bring sleek style and functionality to your kitchen or dining room with this solid wood drop-leaf dining table. It’s made of solid acacia wood in a gloss finish and features tapered legs and around 42" top when both hinged leaves are fully extended. This table seats two when the leaves are collapsed, and four when fully extended; it’s a great choice for an eat-in kitchen or a compact apartment dining room. Plus, its simple style complements many other looks.

Table is very solid, nice looking and was easy to put together. There is a slight bit of damage on the top but barely noticeable and not worth the trouble of sending it back. Fits great in our kitchen especially with the drop leaf feature. I guess I didn’t read the details because I thought it came with the matching chairs in the picture but that is on me. Im looking forward to picking something out!. Karla. Freeport, IL. Sat Apr 18 2026

Versatile beauty is available in a range of finishes. The Sturges Extendable Round Solid Wood Dual Drop Leaf Dining Table seamlessly complements any decor. Constructed with solid wood, the table exudes functionality with its dual drop leaf tabletop design. Picture this beautiful pedestal base dining table in your own kitchen in one of its beautiful finishes, or select the unfinished version and easily finish it yourself.

Quite the nice table. I got the unfinished so I could stain the color sine I can never tell if the color will be right when ordering online plus I wanted a dark base and a light top. I was happy to see that the top does not have those zig zag joints that are often popular with rubber wood. The grain is nice and the pieces of wood have a good color match. The table is sturdy and well made. Look up the directions from this web site for the assembly of base to top. If you are finishing it yourself be sure and use a wood conditioner first before stain since the wood tends to stain splotchy.. Joyce. Sat May 30 2026

I adore this little kitchen table with drop leaf. It is a substantial piece. The table was so easy to assemble, everything was prescribed and lined up perfectly. The color wasn’t what I wanted, it was what they had. Carolyn. Thu May 21 2026

Round drop leaf dining table is a stunning blend of grace and simplicity. Versatile for its size and the double drop leaves, this is a perfect dining table to comfortably accommodate a party of four. Lower one or both leaves to create the size that best suits your needs. Perfect addition to a studio apartment or dorm room where saving space is a must or for smaller eating areas.

This table is the perfect size for a smaller space! It looks even better in person and feels sturdy and well made. I love the simple, stylish design and how nicely it fits with the rest of my furniture. Really happy with this purchase!. Jennifer. Bethesda, MD. Mon Aug 17 2026

Whether you’re rounding out a smaller dining room or creating a cozy eat-in kitchen, this compact dining table is an ideal option for your space. Crafted from solid rubberwood, this piece features a round top with two drop-down leaves that collapse or expand so you can seat between two and four loved ones. We love how the turned accents along the pedestal base bring plenty of classic character to your home. Plus, it comes with a natural, rustic hue of your choice that complements any modern farmhouse decor.

Great table for a 1 bed apartment. It doesn’t take up too much space (42 in across), but can seat 4 people if needed. Or, can seat 2 with the drop leafs on either side. I like that it’s solid wood, which gives it a more elegant look than a synthetic wood table. This had all of the elements I was looking for!. Anonymous. Sun Jul 06 2025

Prepare a sumptuous weekend gathering meal or have a relaxing weekday dinner? With this foldable table that can be expanded or folded to 4 or 2 seats, you can switch between two modes - flexibility is its middle name!

This table shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I wanted to use it in my classroom rather than as a dining table. It was easy to assemble and the tabletop color is modern. I would recommend this as a small table or dining table.. Alicia. Craigsville, WV. Wed Jul 03 2024
