I am absolutely obsessed with this couch! Very comfortable very high-quality and all of the features are amazing! I would say the only one thing I don’t like about. It is the fact that it is electric and it has to be plugged in in the house that we are currently in, we have to float our couch rather than putting it up against the wall, so we have to tuck it underneath the cord which of course leaves a hump, which is a nuisance, but hopefully at our next house that we will be moving too soon we will be able to put it up against the wall! I absolutely love this chair! It came vacuum sealed, so there was no assembly required at all. The only thing I had to do was fluff up the pillow since the stuffing was compressed from being sealed. It comes in a tall, more narrow box, which is impressive considering the size once it’s fully formed. I made sure to share images of both the sofa and the pillows as they were starting to expand so you can see what to expect. It’s honestly kind of amazing to watch as everything rises and settles into shape. It will take about 72 hours to really come to life I did not believe that but ever area is filled in. I also shared photos with different pillow arrangements. You can use all three back pillows for a taller, more supported feel, or simplify it with fewer pillows to create a more open seat and use the side as an armrest. This personal couch is much more elegant than I expected, especially the black color and the shape. The seating is sturdier than I thought, which I really like, and it’s a great alternative to a bean couch (though it does take up a bit more space). I do wish it were a bit higher, but it doesn’t sink in too much when sitting (I’m 175 lbs here). It’s also easy to move around. Beautiful, comfortable, and well made. The genuine leather feels luxurious, the power recliners work smoothly, and the wall-hugger design saves space. Assembly was easy, and were very happy with our purchase. The only downside was that delivery was postponed three times, even though it was on the No Fail delivery list.
