UPDATE 7 months later the fabric is not standing up well. It pills very easily and the back cushions are losing their shape - even though we rotate them. ___ This sofa is a great option if you’re looking for something slightly elevated on a budget. The slipcovers fit really well - my one complaint (hence the 4 stars) is that there is some drooping along the front panel of the slipcover. The fabric is lovely. It was really simple to assemble - it took 2 of us about 20 minutes. And there is a center support leg for additional sturdiness. You basically attach the arms and back pieces via sliding pieces into one another. It's on the firmer side. Like that it's not super deep though. Height is very low, legs have it almost on the ground - so there's no storage underneath. One downside is t he material does look more like a corduroy - which wasn't clear in photos or description.
