The desk is stylish and is heavy/solid. However, I haven't been able to try the pivoting desk feature due to issue with Wayfair white glove delivery. The team they sent to assemble "wasn't qualified" to put it together due to having to plug it in. They left with packing materials, taking the L-brackets with them. The manufacturer said it will be over a month to send replacements. I wish we would have assembled ourselves. Other than the delivery issues, the drawer and cabinet could be better. The drawer is not very smooth and doesn't come out far enough. Not very functional for storing many items.. Aubree. Mukilteo, WA. Sun Oct 04 2026

The height adjustment works beautifully and quietly, and programing the memory buttons was simple. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the edge of the desk is a hard 90 degrees rather than a beveled edge. The delivery was professional however the customer service was not. I called wayfair while waiting for the item to ship because I saw at 1 point that the assembly was being offered for free after I made my purchase and I wanted to add this to my order. I was told that it was going to be included but when I asked again the day before delivery, I was told that they didnt know what I was talking about. What I dont like is being told different things by different people. I would not be disappointed if I was never told that the service was going to be free only for them to tell me this was not the case 24 hours before delivery and furthermore if I wanted it now it would cost me $90..
