The first sofa arrived damaged but Wayfair was great at handling the issue and the replacement arrived in perfect condition . This sofa is very cute . It took about 40 minutes to put together and when it came together, what a treat! This couch is really firm. A little too firm for my liking, and it definitely needs more cushion for back support. It was easy to set up, and one person can easily do it on their own with some determination. The throw pillows it came with are flatter than a pancake so that’s a little annoying. Got this for the second bedroom where we plan to host guests. Putting it together was easy and the chaise can go on either side. There's storage we can put pillows and the duvet. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the backrest portion does not line up and lock in properly at all. If we didn't have it against the wall it probably wouldn't stay up properly.
