Love our new Kenia Extendable Table! Excited to be able to mix and match with the matching Kenia chairs and Allen’s Tufted Velvet chairs to seat 4, 6 or 8. We opted to set up the table at normal table height, but it comes with extra risers if you’d prefer to set it up at counter height. The table also includes a leaf to extend the table so it is a square - instead of rectangular. Loved the white glove delivery service. They set it up as a square and then took the leaf out. We love this table. Smaller in width and length than most tables by a few inches was exactly what we needed to fit our small dining space. The table is solid oak and the color is a beautiful honey oak. The butterfly mechanism to add the additional leaf works great. It's a beautiful and well constructed dining table with just the right dimensions. The tile inserts really elevate the top and the weathered oak has rich detail. Will need to be careful to not crack the tile. The grout lines are filled with caulking, which is probably for the better since it can be redone easily. Its a nice piece of furniture, but be careful of the color. When I saw vintage white , I knew that it would be rustic and not pure white, but this is well beyond that. Its creamy on the yellow side. Ive been in the paint business for 40 years and it is stretching it to even call it an off-white. See the attached picture. I ended up dry brushing some white over it so that it better matched my existing furniture. You can see the before and after. Once again, happy with the furniture, just factor in the color.. Darren. This handcrafted 84-inch dining table has a reclaimed teak wood top featuring clean edges, and the water-based catalyzed weathered finish on the wood offers durability while showcasing the natural grain of the wood. Just because it’s not crystal clear in the description: This table has a working mechanism that can drop it to chair height and raise it to high-top with locking hand-bolts. Also, someone commented that the table top is not “sturdy” - that is not true. You could perform an autopsy on a 300 .lb man on this table.
