I had a heads up the day before with the expected time to be available. I had a message in the morning of to notify me they were going to be there within an hour. When they showed up, they had all pieces. They showed the couch was in two shipments, but both were on the same truck! They came in set it up took the trash with them. The men who delivered made sure to place it where we needed for the back door to open. Pros For the price it’s a good value. Great for a petite space. Nice soft fabric in a universal cream color. Cons The chaise isn’t that long. The piping on the back cushions is wavy. Not terrible to put together but doesn’t stay together when you try to move it. Very “modular”. Cushions are stiff without much give but will hopefully soften. Works for my space but wouldn’t have been my choice if I had more room.. B.v.. Charleston, SC. Wed May 13 2026

Purchased 4 of these for a client's office lounge area (yellow is one of their brand colors). We were running low on budget so we purchased these as a quick option to make a seating area. I was pleasantly surprised - they're more comfortable and a softer sit than they look, the chenille fabric is soft and the color is a good saturation. Tthe movable backrest is a nice add-on. Not sure how long they'll last. My only "complaint" is they sit a bit too low for most people - anyone over 5'10" is going to have their knees up high, its a very low profile sit. Not great for most adults unless you really want that low lounge vibe (better for a casual TV watching living room or kids area). I may remove the short 1" feet they come with (they're just screwed into the bottom so easily removed) and buy 3" height furniture feet to give it a bit more of a comfortable height for sitting. Overall, decent for the price.. Eden. San Diego, CA. Tue Jul 08 2025
