Just what I was looking for. Nice quality of leather. Based on reviews the color was as expected, not white, more of an off-white with barely a hint of green tinge. It perfectly matched a sectional I had to replace, so I was very pleased. My only complaint about the sectional is the curved corner piece. It isn't flush with the walls. This was not obvious in the website photos or specifications. Shipping took almost a month longer than expected. Lack of updates was very frustrating. Once delivery was scheduled, the delivery team was excellent. One piece was damaged, the delivery team call customer support immediately and ordered a replacement piece. Not optimistic about quoted timeframe, but hopeful damaged piece will eventually be replaced. Anonymous. Wed Aug 12 2026

So I want to start with the positives with this beautiful couch. The color is more of a warm creamy dove gray. The wood accents are a modern gray wood grain look. It wipes off easy and seems to stay clean very easily. It is very large and looks very modern in a space. It has a very high end look that is very unmatched by other brands I’ve seen online. The delivery process was very quick, faster than expected. It was a drop off and they brought it on a pallet so have help to unbox and lift. Each piece is very heavy. There are a few reasons I gave this three stars. When you look at the description it says manual and power recliners. I thought that meant all chairs reclined. I was wrong, there were a couple different versions of this couch and I’m guessing the version I got didn’t offer that. We are a family of four so two people don’t get to recline. The center piece is definitely a focal point. It looks cool the lighting is awesome. We don’t drink so we will never use it for wine. I thought from the description it was refrigerated so I intended on putting bottled water in it. It is not refrigerated so it doesn’t really work for that. The fact that it has built in speakers is very cool. I love the Bluetooth feature t. Dia. Circleville, OH. Fri Apr 03 2026

The last piece of our furniture came 1 week early and came in perfect condition. Due to a busy schedule and lack of manpower. We had it delivered to our second floor and had it installed a couple of days later. However, if you device to use an installation service which in this case Angi - the third-party contractor Wayfair uses. From this message, the comment is pointed to Angi Not Wayfair. I thought I needed to write it here to warn whoever read this. Please be aware that the Angi installation person may try to scam you by saying There is an outstanding fee, which is not true. Everything was paid beforehand through Wayfair. He also did not hook all the couch sections together. Wayfair is extremely helpful when we call them to verify the installation fees and services. After some advice and discussion, we got dispute charges from Angi. This is extremely unprofessional how Angi does its business. Hire competent people, not individual scammers. Thanks.. Anonymous.
