I’ve been very impressed with this chair. I set it up in my office and it immediately made the space feel a little more finished and professional. The high back design gives it a nice executive look, but what I really like is that it is slightly more compact than some of the larger luxury style office chairs. That actually worked out perfectly for me. I decided to keep this one in my office as an extra chair for friends or guests. It gives them something much more comfortable to sit in than a basic side chair, but it also does not take up a huge amount of space. It fits nicely in the room and still has that comfortable executive chair feel without looking oversized. The cushioning is one of the first things I noticed. The seat feels supportive without being overly stiff, and the backrest has plenty of padding. I also like the way the back supports the lower back. The adjustable lumbar support is a really nice feature because it can be positioned where it feels best instead of being stuck in one fixed position. Another feature I really like is the folding armrests. They can stay down when you want the extra support, but being able to move them out of the way is really useful. It also helps when pushing the chair closer to a desk or when you simply want a little more room to move around. The chair also feels very sturdy. The metal base gives it a solid feel and it does not wobble or feel unstable when moving around. The wheels roll smoothly across my office floor, and the chair turns easily without feeling loose. Even though it is a little smaller than some of the bigger office chairs, it still feels substantial and well built. I also like the material and the way the chair is finished. It has a soft, comfortable feel and looks much nicer in person than a basic office chair. The stitching and padded sections give it a little more character without making it look too busy. It has a clean look that fits really well in a home office. Assembly was pretty straightforward, and once everything was together, the chair felt secure and well put together. Nothing felt cheap or flimsy during assembly, and the main parts had a nice solid feel to them. This ended up being a really nice addition to my office. I already have my main chair, but this one has been perfect to keep nearby whenever I have friends or guests over. The seat constantly slides forward, making it feel like you're slipping out of the chair or falling off the front edge. No matter how I adjusted it, the seat would not stay in a comfortable position. The chair has some nice features on paper, but they are overshadowed by this major design flaw. For an office chair, comfort and stability are critical, and this chair failed in that regard.
