This Bachman extendable dining table is just what we needed! It's expensive but the quality is very good. It is a solid wood indeed and it fits perfectly in our space. We needed something that will work for our not so big dining area for everyday use but can be extended to use when there's a big gathering. We got a different set of dining chairs coz we needed more back support and this table and its bench matched perfectly with the different chairs we got. This purchase was big enough that full service assembly was free from the Wayfair guys so that was really helpful. It's quite heavy too. My husband and I absolutely love the look and how versatile the design is. If you want to achieve a modern, timeless or even farmhouse vibe in your house, this will fit your needs! 10/10 recommend.. It is Ideal for family dinners and gatherings.MDF board is waterproof and can be easily wiped clean as new.The movable tabletop design is suitable for various application scenarios, making it convenient to meet the dining needs of 4 to 12 people.

For the price so far, so good. I find it hilarious that the ribbed wood pedestal is Velcrod to the table But it looks fine enough for my purposes. I bought the table more for looks, as it will rarely be used. Still, its very decent quality (as much quality as you can get from MDF and veneer), and seems sturdy with the extra middle support. Id say it seats 8 comfortably. If you have slimmer profile chairs, you could squeeze in 10 tightly.. Heather. Apache Junction, AZ. Fri Aug 28 2026

I’m really impressed with this table! It looks even better in person and has such a pretty, modern design. The wood tone is warm and natural-looking, and I love the fluted pedestal base—it makes the table feel much more expensive than it is. It’s also a great size and feels sturdy once assembled. My only complaint is that the tabletop arrived with a small crack/chip in the finish. It isn’t extremely noticeable from a distance, but it was disappointing to find on a brand-new table. Aside from that flaw, I really love the overall look, size, and quality and would still recommend it.. Aubri. Fort Walton Beach, FL. Tue Oct 06 2026

This innovative extendable dining table transforms from a 47-inch round (seats 4) to a 63-inch oval (seats 8) with a self-storing leaf that hides under the top—smooth-glide mechanism ensures frustration-free hosting every time. Built with 12-inch extra-wide legs, 1.57-inch thickened boards, and 1.18-inch tabletop plus reinforced metal frame for maximum stability—supports up to 400 lbs. Premium MDF wood-like tabletop with adjustable leg levelers eliminates wobbles on uneven floors. Space-saving chameleon design: compact for daily meals, expands for parties—versatile as dining table, work-from-home desk, or craft table. Quick assembly with included toolkit; easy maintenance with wipe-clean surface.

For the price, this is a very sturdy and functional table. It feels solid, the extensions are easy to add and remove, and the built-in storage for them is really convenient. The size is worth clarifying. In the smallest round configuration, four people fit perfectly with full place settings, and I think six could sit comfortably. Eight would be a stretch for me, even though the table is advertised for 4–8 people. I was honestly overwhelmed by all the table options and was drawn to this one because of the price. In hindsight, I probably would have spent a little more for real wood. The table isn’t unattractive at all, but you can tell that it isn’t real wood, and that matters more to me than I realized. I’ll probably keep it for a year or two rather than deal with the hassle of returning it. It seems sturdy enough to last much longer than that, and I do think it’s a good table for the money. I just don’t love it. If you’re looking for something affordable, sturdy, expandable, and practical, I think it’s a good buy. If the look and feel of real wood are important to you, I’d spend a little more.. Yvonne. Denver, CO. Thu Oct 08 2026

I honestly couldn’t be happier with this purchase. The whole process from start to finish was so much easier than I expected. I had been looking around for a while trying to find something that would actually fit the look I wanted, and I kept coming back to this one because of the black marble design and the wood base. I was a little nervous about ordering furniture online because you never really know how it’s going to look in person, but I’m so glad I decided to go for it. Ordering was super easy and straightforward. There weren’t a bunch of confusing steps, and I was able to place my order without any issues. The shipping was also much quicker and smoother than I expected. I really appreciated that it was delivered right to my door because getting larger furniture home can be such a hassle. Everything arrived packaged really well, and there was no damage to the table or the pieces inside. I always get nervous when ordering anything with a marble or marble-look finish because I worry about scratches, cracks, or chipped corners during shipping, but thankfully everything arrived in great condition. Assembly was another thing I was pleasantly surprised about. I was expecting it to be one of those pieces where you open the box and immediately regret buying it because there are a million pieces and confusing instructions, but it was actually really easy to put together. The instructions were simple enough to follow, and once I had everything laid out, it didn’t take nearly as long as I thought it would. The pieces lined up properly, and I didn’t have to fight with anything or try to figure out what went where. It felt like the kind of assembly that you can actually do yourself without needing to call someone over to help. And once it was completely put together, I was even happier with it. The pictures looked good online, but I think it looks even better in person. The black marble look is exactly what I was hoping for. It gives it a really nice modern appearance without looking cheap or overly plain. The wood base adds a little warmth and makes the whole design look more interesting. I really like the contrast between the darker tabletop and the wood because it keeps it from just looking like a big solid black piece of furniture. The color is also perfect for my space. I have a lot of gray, black, and darker colors in my home, so it fits in really well without looking out of place. I was specifically looking for something that would have a modern look but still have enough detail to stand out, and this definitely does that. It has a nice weight and presence to it without making the room feel crowded. I also really like the overall design because it looks more expensive than I expected it to. That was probably one of my biggest concerns when shopping online. Sometimes furniture looks amazing in the listing photos and then arrives looking completely different or flimsy in person. That wasn’t the case with this. It has a really nice appearance and feels like an intentional piece of furniture rather than something that was just thrown together. I’ve gotten several compliments on it already, and I’ve only had it for a short time. It completely changed the look of the space and pulled everything together. I love how the black marble catches your attention without being too much, and the wood base gives it that little extra detail that makes it different from other tables I was looking at. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the purchase. From browsing and ordering, to having it delivered right to my door, to putting it together, the entire experience was easy and stress-free. The product arrived in great condition, assembly was simple, and the finished piece looks exactly like what I wanted. I love the black marble color, I love the wood base, and I really love how modern and clean the whole design looks. I would absolutely recommend this to someone who is looking for a modern piece that looks stylish without being ridiculously complicated to assemble. I’m very happy I took the chance on it, and it ended up being exactly what I was hoping for. Definitely one of those purchases where you open the box, put it together, step back and look at it, and think, “Yep, I made the right choice.”. Anonymous. Sun Oct 04 2026

47 Inch Round Dining Table for 4-6, Kitchen Table with 2-Layer Storage Shelf and a Drawer, Farmhouse Circle Dinner Table for Dining Room, Kitchen, Living Room Only the table is included

Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because I wasn’t expecting the seam down the middle for the table top (but seems to come with the round table territory ) also the instructions could’ve been a little clearer when it came to the drawer but otherwise easy build - feels sturdy so far and looks beautiful just as described! Also got the chairs on Wayfair loved them they match perfectly. Shoutout to the other reviewer of this table I got the chairs from the comment.. Anonymous. Thu May 14 2026

Perfect for smaller spaces but still able to seat many people! The construction feels sturdy and well-made, and the color is beautiful. The only thing I would mention is that, because of how the table is assembled, there are small cracks between the parts where food can get stuck. This detail isn’t very visible in the listing. Other than that, it’s a great table!. Diana. Seattle. Fri Mar 13 2026

What a beautiful pedestal table! It was easy to assemble, fits perfectly and looks great in the breakfast area. It appears to be quite durable with a thicker tabletop and a heavy duty pedestal. The pedestal is exactly the right size so that it doesn't get in the way of a tall person trying to comfortably sit at the table. The table can accomodate 4 -6 chairs.. Mary Ellen. Delray Beach, FL.
