I like the chair, but not the color. It is on the small side but fits nicely in a small corner I have. Definitely adequate for extra seating and that extra bed space when needed. Very firm but not horribly so. Colors on website very misleading. The “brown” is def BROWN, not burnt orange or rust as it appears in several of the website pics. Was told in a chat with customer service before I purchased that it was a rust color which was what I was looking for.. Anonymous. Mon Apr 20 2026

Nice design and upholstery feel. Shipping timing was excellent. Shipping box was rough but contents were fine. I am 5’3” and this chair only works for me if my legs are crossed and im sitting in it without the second cushion. There is significant outgassing of something that makes my eyes burn. Love the fabric of the chair and it’s very soft only don’t like how the larger pillow flops over the back of the chair and over time it’ll lose its shape.. Khalifah. US. Tue Apr 28 2026

Really nice. As folks have said a bit firm but actually is a really good balance. I wanted lodge-like furniture but not leather (as I have a cat who shreds leather)…it’s just that w clean lines, low profile, very substantive. Haha cat sleeping instead of shredding…. Shannon.
