I love my new chair, but thank goodness for all the reviews about the upside down swivel platform damaging their floors! I’ll get to that in a minute…the chair is firm, but comfortable and it’s the perfect size to curl up and read my favorite Pilates book. Even with my entire 5’7 on the chair I’ve got plenty of room to spare. I love the neutral color. The material is soft and just textured enough to hopefully not show wear. WARNING! This is still shipping with the swivel platform mounted upside down the delivery team had no idea. I had them look at it because of all the customer reviews. We discovered that if the wheels face the floor and you see a silver screw poking out of the center of the platform, you’ve got to remove the entire bottom, with the 3 hex bolts on the long platform bars, and flip it so the wheels face the bottom of the chair. Once you fix that, the chair swivels smoothly and slides easily (and harmlessly) on my tile floors area rugs! Be sure you get both small pillows as one of mine almost got lost in all the packing materials. I’m giving it 4 stars because of this issue, and I expected it to be a little more cushy.. I've never ordered anything like this before, sight unseen, so fingers were crossed. It's super comfortable, the blue duck is a bit less intense than the photos (kind of washed out looking) and oh my gosh is it big- yes, I knew the measurements, but it's still massive looking. But delivery was great, the guys were quick, communicated well and set it up where I asked them to. So, would I have bought it had I seen it in a store, probably not, as it's just not what I wanted, but we'll make it work.. Suzanne. Bristol Ri. Thu Jan 22 2026

I know they say it takes 48 hours for the cushions to inflate but a few hours in, and these are really comfortable. Chair was easy to put together, although I use a screwdriver rather than an Allen wrench provided. Just have to remember to make sure the triangles on the brackets are pointed down and it's all good. This chair is nice and big. Cozy enough to curl your legs up while sitting. The legs look nice too. Fancy in the front. My only gripe is that the material has a feel like it is outdoor furniture. Kind of rough and not particular welcoming to sit on. The pattern is lovely, but I wish the feel were more comfortable.. Jennifer. Palermo, ME. Sun Nov 17 2024

This is a great chair. Very comfortable. Now if I could just get my dog out of it so I could is it too! Excellent value for the price. Highly recommend.. Michelle. Onalaska, WI. Tue May 19 2026
