Fully Assembled August Grove® Kitchen Islands & Carts

I love this cabinet. It is made well. The color is a little off but still looks nice. I did think I ordered flat panel. Also before I received delivery the same cabinet was advertised at $400 less than what I paid. I picked this because it was fully assembled.. Anonymous. Sat May 09 2026

Love my new island! Delivery was wonderful. Guys set everything up, they were so nice and helpful! Highly recommend!. Added knobs that match my kitchen cabinets and locking casters.. Anonymous. Wed May 28 2025

The South Perth Island is beautiful. The down side is color is not the same in the pictures on Wayfair where you choose your color. When the item arrived the color was much darker. Not a match at all. I held the picture of the color I wanted up to my cabinets to match from the color samples on Wayfair. It looked like a perfect match. When I got the island it was actually a very dark walnut instead of the Caribbean Rum picture color on the wayfair web. I was disappointed how far off the actual color was from the picture on the web. Too much trouble to send back and pick another color. I waited 2 months for the delivery.. Janis. Washington, Dc. This cabinet is beautiful and well made. I am very pleased with my purchase.. Mary. Houston, TX. Wed Oct 07 2026

Well made and very attractive EXCEPT the "butcher block" top is wood flooring that is stained and varnished. If you put a drink on it, it will leave a ring. You can't really USE it practically, you have to be careful about water, cut marks being very visible, food laying on varathane, and not putting anything hot on it. Very impractible!!. Roger. I love this island so much. It has changed my whole kitchen as it looks so custom and built in. The wheels really roll so I put a thin rubber backed throw rug under it to keep it from moving. My only small complaint is I wish it had a support bracket in the middle of the drop leaf as I’m afraid my 8 year old and his friends are going to lean to hard on it and ruin the side brackets.. Love this island in cupola yellow. Solidly built in the USA, excellent craftmanship, lots of space. It really looks so elegant and yet it makes our kitchen feel so comfortable. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. The packaging was amazing also.. Eunice. The Villages, FL. Mon Dec 23 2019

Nice quality piece of furniture. The granite top looks darker online, but like another customer stated, could be just the differences in the natural granite. Mine was more of a light cream colored. I purchased the kitchen island in the European Cherry, and it smells like it was just stained prior to it being shipped. It is beautiful and worth every penny! I am using it as a coffee station. What you don't see in these pictures, because I have this up against a wall, is that there is another set of cabinet doors on the other side so that you can get to the cabinet on either side of this kitchen island. The full-service delivery was exceptional! Very pleasant two young men delivered this piece of furniture without any issues. Thank you, Wayfair, this was my first time making a purchase with you and everything was better than expected.. Alisa. Murrells Inlet, SC. Thu Apr 17 2025

We like this cart but the granite top is not secured to the bottom half of the island. Also, the cabinet doors don't close properly so we've tried to adjust the hinges and one side is fine but we can't seem to get the other side to close without the doors rubbing each other. We will most likely have to sand the doors down and paint. Other than the couple of issues we found, it's a fair product for the price.. Nita. Glen Ellyn, IL. Thu Feb 02 2017

I love my kitchen island. I ordered cinnamon red and it is gorgeous!. Patricia. Shippensburg, PA. Sun Jul 17 2016

Gorgeous...well made - packaged so well...I am so very happy with it. Delivery was perfect too, nice guys....thank you Wayfair !. Joanne. US. Thu Mar 25 2021

Made in the USA, delivers fully assembled

The island arrived in perfect condition. I uncrated it in the garage at let it stay there to air out for a few days because it smelled freshly painted. It is just what I was looking for. There is plenty of storage between the two drawers and the bottom cabinet. The butcher block top looks great against the European Gray cabinet. I did change the knobs to match the ones on my kitchen cabinet. The piece is very sturdy...and it is made in the USA! After reading how assembly of other islands could be difficult, I am happy I went with one that did not require assembly.. Beverly. US. Mon Oct 12 2020

Simply beautiful!! I’m in love with this island it rolls soooo smoothly, lots of storage, the color ( yellow) is perfect ! Dealing with wayfair was a breeze !. Mary. Bay City, MI. Tue Nov 29 2022
