Overall, I’m very pleased with this loveseat. The material is excellent quality, the installation was very easy, and the overall craftsmanship and finishes are beautiful. The only issue I encountered was with one of the headrests. Although it had power, it did not function properly because it was missing screws in the connection, which appears to be a minor factory defect. Once addressed, it works as expected. I contacted customer service, and the assistance was excellent. I am currently waiting for them to resolve this issue. Aside from this small issue, the loveseat is comfortable, well-made, and looks great. I would definitely give it five stars if it weren’t for this issue, but I still recommend it.. Martha. MA. Love seat was delivered and put together by the delivery company. Really nice service. Brought in put together, took the garbage all within 15 minutes. I ordered the blue and it is more of a blue grey which is still okay with me as it will match the carpet. The reclining is easy but you need strength in you legs to shut it up. I just get up and kick it in. Fabric is very silky. Kind of like a silky suede. Very comfortable for watching movies.. Shelley. Mon Feb 24 2025

Crafted with a solid wood frame, this sofa is upholstered in a top-grain leather match that's water-resistant. A high cushion back boasts channel tufting for a plush place to rest your back as you read or watch a movie, while wide pillow-top arms let you prop up your elbows. We love how a simple push-button mechanism lets you lift the footrest and take a nap whenever you want to doze.

Loveseat looks nice. It can be set close to the wall and fully recline. I prefer to sit on it with footrest up as seat is tall for me. The mechanism is smooth so far. The headrest offers good support. Its comfortable but a little firm which may be because its new.. Donna. Chesapeake, VA. Mon May 26 2025
