This showed up earlier than expected. According to the emails, it looked like it was gonna be delivered in portions. The communication was fantastic. I had a heads up the day before with the expected time to be available. I had a message in the morning of to notify me they were going to be there within an hour. When they showed up, they had all pieces. They showed the couch was in two shipments, but both were on the same truck! They came in set it up took the trash with them. The men who delivered made sure to place it where we needed for the back door to open. They made sure all of the plugs were hooked together, and pulled out properly so we could plug them up, to use the power recline option. It is slightly firm but very comfortable. AMAZING sectional. Very comfortable, feels almost like a cloud couch. The color is more leaning toward light grey, but can still match beige settings, more of a greige color. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is that you can't wash the couches because they are sown to the seats, but again this gives it a nice well arranged look. I personally love it!. Love the Couch, but Packaging Needs Improvement! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love this sectional! It’s spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We have a toddler and two cats, and everyone loves lounging together on it. One thing I especially love is that we were able to use the ottoman as an extension of the couch, creating even more room for everyone to relax and feel connected. It makes our living room feel so cozy and inviting! The reclining feature is great, and the overall setup is perfect for relaxing together as a family. I’m really happy with how the sectional looks and functions in our living room. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with the packaging. The way the product was packaged during shipping left a large hole in the back of one of the main reclining chairs. This was disappointing, especially with a purchase of this size. Overall, I genuinely love the sectional and am happy with how it works for our family.. Alexsandra. Hanford, CA. Fri Oct 23 2026

Definitely more of a scratchy basketweave than a soft chenille. It is also a very light gray rather than cream, but it’s high quality and very nice overall. I’d recommend it!. Meghan. Boston, MA. Fri Oct 23 2026

Paired with plush cushions and a naturally angled back, it creates a cozy lounge spot for reading, movie nights, or casual conversations. Stylish yet practical, this sofa proves that contemporary design and everyday comfort go hand in hand.

Lovely piece of furniture, it won't take its fluffed shape until a week after you open it. The color and fabric and very nice and the installation is easy. The couch is a little on the firm side, but I hope this will make it last longer and it doesn't sag. I only wish the corner pillows were the same size, as one of them is smaller and looks odd. The picture is 4 days after I received it, and the pillows weren't yet fully fluffed. Overall, it is a good deal.. Pauline. Bethlehem, PA. Sat Oct 10 2026

The sofa is absolutely fabulous. It is comfortable and soft, and does not look cheap in any way. The recliners work great. I did have to adjust a couple of the locking hardware pieces because they were installed upside down, but other than that it is excellent. The backs have a small gap in them that I am not entirely thrilled about. I’m sure this is due to the reclining features and the need to match the other seats, but I don’t care for the look of the gap. Other than that, the sofa is perfect. I definitely recommend paying for the delivery service. The sofa is extremely heavy and quite large—much bigger than I was expecting—but I absolutely love it. With the delivery service, the team disposes of the large boxes it arrives in and assembles the sofa for you. They were great!. Anonymous. Mon Oct 19 2026

This 6-piece sectional offers modular versatility with deep seating for modern spaces. Upholstered in corduroy fabric, it provides a textured surface while adjustable pillowtop armrests allow for customized positioning. The rearrangeable design lets you adapt the seating layout to fit your home's needs. Reversible backrests and removable cushions enhance everyday functionality and easy care. Sinuous springs and foam fill support comfortable lounging throughout the day. It also features stain-resistant properties to help handle regular, daily use.

Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! If I’m able to, I will post an update in the future after the pillows fluff a bit. I purchased an extra ottoman so me and my hubby can rest our feet. Overall, very happy with my purchase!. Anonymous. Absolutely beautiful couch! I took a pretty large risk here, as there was only one review when I ordered (and it was a 4 star ) so I was really unsure what I was getting myself into. The couch arrived in 8 boxes two separate deliveries. The boxes were MASSIVE, so be sure you have a place to bring them into. Or are ready to start assembling asap. Everything was meticulously packaged, and we received all the items needed. The couch took maybe 30 minutes to “assemble” Super simple process, just snapping each piece together snapping the backs armrests on. This couch is GORGEOUS y’all. Seating for SO MANY people. And just generally looks beautiful in any space. It’s BIG, to where it looks grand, but gladly, the footprint is small. The seating is very firm, but super comfortable. I love my new couch.
