I had a heads up the day before with the expected time to be available. I had a message in the morning of to notify me they were going to be there within an hour. When they showed up, they had all pieces. They showed the couch was in two shipments, but both were on the same truck! They came in set it up took the trash with them. The men who delivered made sure to place it where we needed for the back door to open. They made sure all of the plugs were hooked together, and pulled out properly so we could plug them up, to use the power recline option. It is slightly firm but very comfortable. Love the Couch, but Packaging Needs Improvement! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love this sectional! It’s spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We have a toddler and two cats, and everyone loves lounging together on it. One thing I especially love is that we were able to use the ottoman as an extension of the couch, creating even more room for everyone to relax and feel connected. It makes our living room feel so cozy and inviting! The reclining feature is great, and the overall setup is perfect for relaxing together as a family. I’m really happy with how the sectional looks and functions in our living room. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with the packaging. The way the product was packaged during shipping left a large hole in the back of one of the main reclining chairs. This was disappointing, especially with a purchase of this size. Overall, I genuinely love the sectional and am happy with how it works for our family.. Alexsandra. Hanford, CA. Fri Oct 23 2026

This 8-piece power reclining sectional anchors your living room with modular versatility and lounge-ready seating. Corduroy upholstery brings a distinct ribbed texture to the clean-lined frame, creating a surface for movie nights or casual gatherings. Smooth electronic movement lets you adjust your seating position at the press of a button, while a zero-wall recline mechanism maximizes space by sitting snug against your wall. Integrated console storage keeps remotes neatly out of sight. Plus, built-in wireless charging keeps your devices powered up as you unwind.

The sofa is absolutely fabulous. It is comfortable and soft, and does not look cheap in any way. The recliners work great. I did have to adjust a couple of the locking hardware pieces because they were installed upside down, but other than that it is excellent. The backs have a small gap in them that I am not entirely thrilled about. I’m sure this is due to the reclining features and the need to match the other seats, but I don’t care for the look of the gap. Other than that, the sofa is perfect. I definitely recommend paying for the delivery service. The sofa is extremely heavy and quite large—much bigger than I was expecting—but I absolutely love it. With the delivery service, the team disposes of the large boxes it arrives in and assembles the sofa for you. They were great!. Anonymous. Mon Oct 19 2026

I’m really love this couch - it’s very cozy and looks great in our space. I like that it’s modular and easy to spot clean. We get compliments all the time! The reason for 4 stars is it doesn’t have any headrests. My husband kinda hates this couch because of it he’s 6’3 and I’m 5’3 - neither of us can sit up and rest our head back BUT I love to curl up and lay down on the couch anyway so it doesn’t bother me. But if a headrest while reclined or sitting up is important to you.. this is probably not the couch for you.. Raena. Kennesaw, GA. Sat Oct 24 2026

The backrest that can be adjusted at seven angles is the advantage of this sectional sofa. Two ottomans can be moved around and put anywhere. Ample storage under seat cushions and ottoman will keep your space clean. The cup holder is not only durable but also easy to take care of. The usb port on the armrest can charge your phone. The storage pockets on the side of the modular sofa can hold books and newspapers. The multi-functional design of the modern sofa is very convenient for your daily use.

The couch fits perfect in my living room area. Not done decorating yet but the black goes good with a lot of colors. The charger outlet that is attached the couch is a plus! I would definitely recommend this purchase.. Michelle. Clinton Township. Sun Jul 13 2025

Great color, material, easy assembly & quick delivery! Just tried today & so far like the comfortable feel. I do think the foot/leg rest is too short. I’m 5’6”, hubby is 5’7”, daughter 6’…my feet hang off at the ankles. Hubby has longer legs than me & hangs from about 3” above his ankles & daughter doesn’t fit her but she rarely sits on chairs (couch is her fav). It works good for us but if it was a little longer, would be great fit for us! However, not huge issue since we needed it quickly & price was perfection!. Karen. Lavaca, AR. Wed Oct 07 2026
