The sofa is lovely and also comfortable. My reduction of a star is due to delivery issues. I needed advance notice of delivery for very good reasons which were explained in advance. My delivery window was changed to accommodate me. I was assured there would be a 30-45 minute advance call which we had to have. There was a map of the delivery truck’s location on the website which I followed. Once the truck had been 20 miles away for an extended time and the end of the delivery period was approaching, I went over to the delivery address some 5 minutes away. I arrived to find the deliverymen putting together the sofa in the parking area. The deliverymen just laughed when I said I hadn’t gotten a call. They said they’d been told not to call on deliveries. AI would take care of it. Very disappointing!. Nancy. Vacaville, CA. Sun Sep 06 2026

Absolutely stunning! I was between the camel and Olive color and I’m so glad I went with the green. Delivery was super smooth and easy. Sinuous springs and foam filling offer supportive seating while you relax or catch up on your favorite shows. Works well in my space. It is NOT 73". It is 68". The description needs to be revised. The sofa would have been too big. If you're a large person, the seat cushions will sink in about three inches, lowering the overall height of the seat. I do love the fact that they are very firm. It makes it easier on these old knees to get up! The throw pillows are HUGE! I won't be using them as they take up the entire seating area. The reversible cushions are a definite plus. I can swap them around to reduce wear.. Anonymous. Centerville, GA. Wed Sep 23 2026

Supportive foam cushions with coil spring construction provide a firmer sit at first and gradually soften with regular use. A solid and manufactured wood frame with rubberwood legs helps provide reliable support for daily lounging and entertaining.

I’m really happy with this sofa. The green color is rich and classy in person, and the chenille fabric feels soft without looking cheap. It gave the room that cozy modern farmhouse look I was hoping for. The tufted back and nailhead trim make it look more expensive than it actually is. Assembly was pretty straightforward, and it feels sturdy once put together. The cushions are on the firmer side at first, but they’ve started to soften up with use. I also appreciate that it doesn’t take up an overwhelming amount of space while still feeling roomy enough to sit comfortably. One thing to note is that the color can look a little different depending on lighting. In brighter light it leans more olivegreen-gray.. Robyn. Portage, IN. Fri May 15 2026

Covers zip off for machine washing, and the FSC®‑certified frame is built to last. It grows with your space and lifestyle.

We purchased the light grey loveseat for our loft space and have been very happy with it. Assembly was fairly quick and easy, I was really happy with the fabric. So many couches lately seem to have a heavier plush or corduroy-style texture, which wasn’t what I wanted. This chenille looks just like it did online and has a soft, cozy feel without that bulky texture. The couch itself is very comfortable, and the white plush pillows that came with it are both cute and surprisingly comfortable. We added a few of our own pillows, and it fits our loft space really well. We haven’t needed to wash the covers yet, but I really like that they unzip and can be machine washed, especially since we have a dog who occasionally decides the furniture is his when we aren’t looking. Overall, it was easy to put together, comfortable, and the light grey fabric and color were exactly what I was hoping for.. Robin. Frederick, MD. Sat Aug 22 2026
