Couch is extremely well made…all fabric seams are straight and frame is solid. It is firm for seating but not unforgiving or uncomfortable..I feel it will hold up well. Fabric is a blue gray pillow ticking and high quality. I sprayed with Scotchgard but think spills would roll off anyway. Delivery was great: two guys moved my old couch for me then unpacked and put the new one in place. From what I explored at local stores I feel this couch was a good buy!. Nancy Justine. Received my sofa today and it’s great! I really think there’s pretty good quality. The only complaint is the skirt is a little wrinkled on the left side. I’m hoping with some steam pressing and time it will straighten out. The qualities is good delivery was excellent only took a month and it ended up being cheaper than buying it on Birch Lane!. The sofa is amazing and beautiful… that itself was worth the wait as it was a custom-made item. However, the delivery service was awful. The gentleman who delivered the item took the plastic off while it was still in the truck and proceeded to mark up and stain the off-white couch between the truck and bringing it into our home. Unfortunately, there are 10 areas at least on the cushions and the couch that have been marked. Immediately called the resolutions department to handle it and they were great and I am still waiting to hear how they will deal with now stained couch.. Kelly. Leland, NC. Wed Apr 02 2025

This is one of the most comfortable sofas I’ve ever had. 2 out of 3 seats recline. It’s really pretty ivory color. My only concern is that it might get dirty pretty fast with little kids in the house. Probably seat covers would be a good idea. Was the easiest to put together. Literally you just snap on the top pillows and it’s done. The delivery was also amazing they brought it to the living room and it was heavy so one less thing for us to do.. Malgorzata. Dunedin, FL.
