Looks great, feels sturdy, feet only take about 5 minutes to install. Two weird things to knock it down 1 star. The thing wobbles a little bit. There are 4 bolts around the perimeter that you can feel when you press down on the soft side of the top. Not too uncomfortable but definitely noticeable.. Kameron. Charlotte, NC. Fri Oct 02 2026

Very hard to find a large navy ottoman but this came close to what I was looking for. The legs were difficult to put on due to the batting being in the way of 3 of the leg holes and the fourth hole was completely covered. The 3 legs sit crooked due to the bulky batting and the fourth leg I had to remove the staples, cut the batting covering the hole and staple the backing back on. Some of the backing in other spots was loose or not attached so I needed to secure it with my staple gun. Wish the legs would have been attached at the factory to avoid this problem.. Susan. I love this ottoman. I got both in Taupe. I bought two of them for additional seating in an open space I had in the living room, and also because they are not too heavy if I wanted to move them around to provide additional seating around the coffee table. I love the fact it is deep so you can comfortably sit back with your feet up. It is SUPER soft and VERY comfortable. Easy to assemble. The pillow top was stuffed underneath the bottom part of the ottoman. You take it out and open the vacuum sealed bag. By the time I screwed in all 4 legs the pillow top was nice and fluffy. (Took just a few minutes.) The pillow top velcros to the bottom piece to prevent it from moving around. It was delivered in a thin box (compared to the actual size of the ottoman). I could not believe an entire ottoman fit in the box. It's true to the color in the picture.. Ash. Sacramento Ca. Fri Jun 19 2026
