It's amazing how this ottoman filled out once we removed all the plastic wrap. It didn't require 24 hours, but instead was "fully formed" right away. It's sturdy but very light weight and soft. The color is as pictured, a pretty forest green. I was concerned that our 2 cats would use it as a scratching post, but so far they've shown no interest, which is a relief. Decent quality, and comfortable to sit on for additional seating. They were a little smaller than I expected, but provide good storage for blankets for the couch and other items.
