I was really happy that the sofa was delivered earlier than the scheduled delivery date. Since it’s a heavy item, Wayfair included free delivery and setup right in my preferred room, which made the whole process super convenient. They also called at least 30 minutes before arrival to make sure someone was home, which I really appreciated. The delivery team was very nice and polite. They brought it all the way up to my third-floor apartment and set it up quickly without any issues. The sofa itself is manual recline, but it’s very smooth and easy to use. You can even recline it almost flat, which is perfect if you want to take a quick nap or just fully relax. The fabric feels soft and slightly velvety, but it doesn’t seem like it will attract dirt easily. It is a bit on the firmer side, like some other reviews mentioned, but still very comfortable for lounging and watching TV in the living room. The fabric is a really nice high quality chenille and the cushions are medium firm but very comfortable.
