The chairs were carefully packed to avoid damage. The assembly instructions were fairly easy to follow except for the part with the chair stretchers. That was a bit confusing and I had to reassemble it to make it fit right. Also some of the holes were difficult to align. I ordered these chairs to match a set that I bought previously from Wayfair. I really like the style and the color. They are well-made and good quality. Just beware that they are not as white as they look in the picture. (82926-I see they are now called “Linen”). They are a creamy white. The Upholstery is quite nice, but I highly advise that you Scotchgard it upon receipt because it is white and being near food… you get the picture. I will say if you are the least bit on the heavy side or you have wide grout lines in your floor don’t purchase these. The piece of wood bracing the legs on from the underside will split. I have replaced and repaired a couple of them.. Vb. FL. Sun Aug 30 2026

Three our of four of the chairs were great. One was dimpled and defective. They couldn't give me parts to fix the chair and didn't offer me a new chair. They gave me 15% off but could have done better since I am left with a defective chair. I wanted a good quality chair, not a defective chair at a discounted price. Margie. Jupiter, FL.
