Delivery was smooth. Putting the couch together was easy but time consuming cause it is MASSIVE. I’m 5’10 and I feel like a little kid getting ate up in this couch. My only complaint is the back pillows being kinda flimsy and need more cushion. The seats are great nice firm enough for sitting without completely sinking. Good for lounging. The hooks they provide are kinda thin and lame but the couch comes with screw holes so if you want to get stronger accessories I would recommend that. Now the back rests are adjustable but they do not stay in place you barely touch them and they will move . Other than those small things the couch is humongous and comfortable, for the price it’s a good choice if that’s what you’re looking for!. Anonymous. Sun Sep 20 2026

Glam gatherings await. Our 134'' U-shaped sectional is designed to dazzle, featuring six modular pieces – including two one-armed chairs, two armless chairs, and two ottomans. The reversible ottoman lets you customize your setup, while the engineered wood frame and corduroy upholstery in a light neutral hue add a touch of sophistication. Polyester-filled cushions provide support as you unwind, and with removable covers, keeping things fresh is a breeze. Seating capacity: 4.

A couch that gets the job done. It is mediocrely comfortable. Doesn’t really get better the more you sit on it, lol. But the couch is firm and not super soft if you enjoy a couch that won’t make you want to rot all day this could be for you! Assembly was pretty straightforward and easy, I set it up solo in an hour and a half. A temp couch for rental properties for sure!. Sarah. Battle Ground, WA. Sat Oct 03 2026

Had it now for a year and it’s INCREDIBLE. The leather is aging nicely and it still has plenty of support in the cushions but you can sink into them and relax. The perfect amount of softness and support in the cushions and back. It’s held up well with my dog that jumps up and lays on it a lot. Would absolutely buy again and recommend to all my friends and family.. Rebecca. Texas. Fri Aug 14 2026

Love the color and fabric of this couch. Was very worried with my pets but the hair comes off quite easily the only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is cause it’s not super comfy,it’s definitely more for looks than comfort which I don’t mind but my husband does.. Jhuly. FL. Fri Dec 20 2019

This was my 1st time using Wayfair and my experience was great. I Absolutely love my sectional & the Color. It matches my dining set Perfectly. My order was split up in two so I received 4 boxes 1 day and 2 boxes the next day but received ALL of it in less than a week from when I placed my order. (which was the day of Hurricane Milton & I was told there would be delays because of the hurricane but it still came sooner than expected which made me very happy). When I received the 1st 4 boxes I started to put it together that night at like 11:25pm ish and I realized none of those boxes had the assembly instructions so I called the customer service line and they told me the instructions were most likely in the other boxes I hadn’t received yet but she still put in the request for it and told me the response time was 24-48hours but I was literally emailed the instructions in less than 10mins of that Call w/ the customer service rep which also made me very happy because I was able to put those pieces together that night as I wanted too! Just on overall Great experience❤️ I’ll definitely be ordering more stuff from here very soon because I still need a Tv Stand and Area Rug! SN: I only gave it 4 stars because one of the back boards isn’t as sturdy as it should be/the rest of them and I think it may be because one of the screws was different from the others. I still used it just had to use a screwdriver to tighten it instead of the provided Allen wrench. Anonymous. Wed Oct 16 2024

Super easy set up. Only complaint is there was no way to keep the sections together and keep them from slipping apart once all assembled. We ordered some inexpensive straps to connect the legs that are not visible to do the trick.. Kimberly. US. Tue Nov 19 2024
