This is one beautiful piece of furniture. It’s high quality and as exactly as described…. I love the modern farmhouse look and this worked perfectly in our space. I have seen a couple of reviews about the color. This is true to the image posted but will add that the lighting can also cause variations in light from cool to warm. I love both!! My husband and I downsized so the extra storage was a bonus. I have six sets of king size sheets and 4 throws, two small pillows and space for a little more. The white cushion is very attractive I did however add some scotch guard to help keep dust and stains at stray. I think a damp white cloth could be used. It’s comfortable to sit on and the width and height are perfect for both my husband and I. I am 5’8 and he is 6’2 so this was another thing that attracted us to this bench. It has some weight to it which we prefer. Assembly was a breeze due to only having to add the feet.. It's a very nice item for the price. In assembling it you have to use Allen wrenches. Unfortunately they place the bolt holes such that you cannot get a 360° turn on the majority of the bolts so very tedious to turn the bolts and the Allen wrenches. The back of the bench is slightly too upright for comfort, but not a problem if you're only sitting for them for a short time. I wouldn't recommend it for anybody who is an overweight adult.. Alice. However not shown in photo there is a small support foot for the bottom railing/shelf which is great, but the inset for the screw for the support to screw into was totally loose we had to modify it to be able to use the support foot.. Bought this to add to my foyer area. It goes perfectly in my space under my Heron print from Wayfair. It is extremely sturdy and could sit two people easily. This is a really nice bench - with or without the cushion. It's sturdy, comfortable and I love that I will be able to wash and/or change the cushion cover. I purchased the lighter wood color. This bench is constructed of beautiful natural and customizable in many finish options.

I have a small (think skinny fat) living space that holds a fair amount of furniture, but the footrest of my husband's recliner is wide and created issues with my coffee table in front of my couch (where I normally sit). I could not find a coffee table that fit my criteria, so started looking at benches. This bench, although not deep (16"), was perfect. It is less deep than the one I'm replacing, and a few inches longer; plus it also has the bottom shelf for extra storage. There was a really wide selection of wood finishes and upholstery and I found a color combo that works beautifully in our space. If the size and customization of this bench wasn't enough to win me over, the piéce de resistance is that it is hard wood and woven rattan for more of a coastal feel which fits our decor to a T..
