This cabinet has a nice appearance and offers ample storage space. However, the quality of construction leaves something to be desired, although for the price that’s to be expected. The dowels are loosely seated in the pre-drilled holes, and some of the cam nuts and screws don’t seem to latch securely. Tightening them further could potentially damage the cabinet. Additionally, the cam nut cover stickers were all brown, despite being installed on over 90 of the black wood pieces. This made them ineffective since they still stood out. The LED strip was approximately 4 inches shorter than expected, but I managed to make it work. Assembling the cabinet took me about 3 hours. Apart from the quality issues mentioned earlier, the instructions were quite easy to follow. I was having to bear hug the cabinet and push the doors from the back while pulling on the front to get them to move at all. I am very pleased with this 58" Farmhouse Wine Bar Cabinet with Stemware Rack & Bottle Storage. It is exactly what I was looking for and provides a beautiful way to store and display wine bottles, glasses, and other bar essentials. I really like the farmhouse design, and it looks even better in person. We did have one issue with a door handle. The screw would not hold the handle securely, so I contacted customer service, hoping they could simply send a replacement handle or hardware. Unfortunately, their only option was to send an entirely new cabinet for free. I certainly didn't want two cabinets or the hassle of replacing the whole unit over one handle, so I ended up gluing the screw into the door, and that solved the problem. I was given a 20% credit for my hassle. The cabinet also has a slight cedar/wood scent, which I actually really like—it gives it that nice new-furniture smell. Aside from the handle issue, I absolutely love this cabinet. It's attractive, functional, has plenty of storage, and is just what I wanted for the space. I would definitely recommend it, but I wish replacement parts were available for small issues rather than having to replace the entire cabinet.* We applied sanding sealer to the outside to seal in the cedar smell, and it did help with toning down the cedar aroma..
