Table seems very solid and was very easy to put together. Only 4 pieces. The solid wood pieces are several boards glued together so if you are expecting one solid single piece look elsewhere. I really liked this console table. The size was exactly what I was looking for, and it fits perfectly in my entryway. It has a beautiful design, but it takes quite a while to assemble since it has a lot of pieces. Unfortunately, as soon as we started assembling it, we noticed that the material was not properly glued in some areas and was already peeling off. That was very disappointing.
