Super easy to put together. Instructions are very clear. Not a lot of parts. Couch is very comfortable, cushions are in fact thick. Couple things I wish were changed I wish the back cushions had ties like the seat ones do, I fear they will blow away during a storm. Shipped very fast and although FedEx lost the hardware Wayfair was great in replacing the hardware very quickly. Assembly isnt the easiest - took me about 90 minutes and some pain because some of the screws and bolts have to go into some tight spaces which makes tightening them difficult. Overall not super complicated to put together but takes time. NOTE - I will say there are two configurations for this item and the instructions did not make that clear until I got to the end and saw it could be put together as two seperate chairs...
