Another open-box win. Fairly straightforward to assemble - many reviews comment that it needs two people but I didn’t have any trouble on my own (maybe I just have really long arms). Arrived when tracking said it would. Small enough to fit thru our RV door. Very firm cushions, a little too firm. The holes for the wheels on the bed portion were not marked good or in the right spot on some. One of the screw holes on two different wheels ended up in hole in the wood frame and wouldn't screw in. Had to move those two wheel slightly off canter a bit for all 4 holes to catch good wood. The #2 arm has a defect in to top of the arm fabric. Couch came in a day and was exactly what we expected. We gave it around 8 hours to initially inflate and followed the simple instructions of punching it and fluffing it to stimulate it to inflate. From what I have read it takes up to 4 days to fully inflate but even a day in we are super happy with it. Soft enough to sit on for hours but firm enough to not sink. As for size, I am 6ft 3 and me and my girlfriend can easily both spread out on this thing so it’s a win in that regard. I've had this in my office for the past four years. It has held up surprisingly well. People visiting my office for the first time constantly tell me how pretty and comfortable this loveseat is. It has a nice, cozy vibe. It does look a little sloppier with age - the fabric starts to wrinkle and slip a bit - but it just gets more and more cozy. There was, however, a pet-related incident a while back in which I discovered that this sofa is, unfortunately, very difficult to clean.
