I contacted Wayfair for a replacement, but unfortunately, the replacement unit had the exact same defect. We ended up having to drill the holes ourselves, which made the installation very time-consuming and tedious. Overall, the installation was honestly a nightmare and took much longer than it should have. That said, I really like the set itself and think it looks great in our backyard. Cushions are zippered (they actually come off the cushions in the box, and you put them on) and appear to be washable. I would say this set is definitely good for a smaller area, and I should have measured before getting it since it looks a bit small on our large deck. Instructions it self was a lil off then assembly but I fixed it also bottom shelf of table is a lil smaller and legs were bent in to have the shelf attached, 2nd chair not assembled yet Pic of the instruction and assembled as stated chair was tilted forwards I ha to remove and flip it around see photo of bottom of chair totals opposite of what was instructed.
