It’s crazy how hard it was to find a loveseat around this size with black vegan leather and wide armrests to place things on. Setup is doable with one person, though a second person would’ve been helpful. I just set it up. So far, so good. Definitely good bang for your buck. Looks great, easy to clean with a damp cloth. The style of this loveseat is what won me over. It has a chic mid-century modern look with clean square arms, and the velvet gives it a polished, stylish feel thats perfect for a small room. Assembly was doable, though the order of the directions could use some adjusting to make them clearer. I had to stop and figure out a few steps, but ultimately I was able to build the couch. The biggest issue was the seat cushion. The cushion was way too big for the cover that was provided, and the zipper ripped when I tried to get it on. I opened a case with the manufacturer, and while the process was a bit clunky, they did follow through and sent me a new cushion cover. I appreciate that they made it right, but it shouldnt have been a problem in the first place. As for the velvet, time will tell whether it holds up to regular wear and tear. We purchased the light grey loveseat for our loft space and have been very happy with it. Assembly was fairly quick and easy, I was really happy with the fabric. So many couches lately seem to have a heavier plush or corduroy-style texture, which wasn’t what I wanted. This chenille looks just like it did online and has a soft, cozy feel without that bulky texture. The couch itself is very comfortable, and the white plush pillows that came with it are both cute and surprisingly comfortable. We added a few of our own pillows, and it fits our loft space really well. We haven’t needed to wash the covers yet, but I really like that they unzip and can be machine washed, especially since we have a dog who occasionally decides the furniture is his when we aren’t looking.
