Very fast and easy to assemble, and very attractive / simplistic design. I use the front opening to store a large throw blanket for my sofa. The top is spacious enough for decorations as well as remote controls, drink coaster, etc. The only thing I didn't like is that for some reason a loose rope was stapled into the inside of the end table by mistake, and staples and rope had to be removed--very weird factory error, but does not detract from the outward appearance of this table.. The table itself is great. It was not damaged, the grain and color are true to the pics and it's very sturdy. However, I bought it to put over a litter box that's enclosed. The measurements online don't reflect the fact that this table has a support crossbar on the underside that goes down about 3 inches. I had to cut a notch out of that crossbar to make my litter box fit. The table is still very sturdy, but just be mindful if storing something under this table that the underside bar drops the height a few more inches in the middle than the top/down measurement states..
